I came across this documentary just after the spiral in Norway appeared on 9th December.I found it to be one of the best videos of documented research by teams of scientists exploring unusual phenomemon that I have seen released so far. It covers events which have occurred over Hessedalen, Norway over the past 20 years.
After watching this documentary with the proliferation of 'phenomena" occurring in this area I had to wonder if it is just coincidence that there is also an ionicspheric heating facility (EISCAT) in Norway,which is similar to Haarp.
If you look closely in episode 4 around .44 an eyewitness describes a light phenomemen crashing & gestures with his finger in a spiralling motion very similar to the motion of the blue spiral over Norway. He also mentions - "As it hits the tree tops a blue spiralling beam of light emerged".
