I'm back to taking meletonin, spirulina and have added chlorella because of someone's post that it can aid in healing when taken before bedtime. The thing is, I also want to enhance my dreaming ability by taking mugwort tea but it hinders deep sleep for healing. It's like I can have healing but not enhanced dreams. Has anyone here used mugwort tea to help with lucid dreaming and general dreaming enhancement. I read online that mugwort can also help a person's psycic abilities.

GABA for dreams
Rhozzi,
I've dealt with a lot of mugwort tea before but have never taken it myself.
GABA is good for relaxation and can greatly enhance REM sleep if taken
near bedtime. I have experienced this with GABA and the dreams are so
vivid that it is easy to turn lucid.
I've read about taking the algae's before bed - I guess it can work if it
doesn't prevent one from getting some good sleep since it can be energizing.Sincerely,
Aaron Murakami

Mugwort does not have to be ingested to enhance dreams and psychic perception.
A small sachet of mugwort like a teabag can be made and put into your pillow and this can have the same effect as mugwort tea.
Some people get no effect from mugwort and others have dreams that are too lucid and don't like the feeling,
If you put some in your pillow you can always take it out if you don't like the effect.
By the way mugwort can also be smoked for a relaxed feeling and it is the herb used in moxibustion in chinese medicine.
If you ever see someone on TV with accupuncture needles with something smoking on the end of them that will be mugwort (in an aged matured form)
If you spend a lot of time in heavy traffic or have to travel through a tunnel regularly, chances are your lungs will congested with particulate mass from the exhaust fumes, and if you are a non smoker a joint of mugwort will irritate the mucous membranes and cause you to cough up a lot of filthy black gunk.
Mugwort seems to slow down my image stream and it helps me understand the messages I see.
Try some sailors tobbacco and see how you go.

Thank you for that extra information. It explains what happened to me today. I put some mugwort by my pillow last night and woke up with a scratchy throat and as the day proceeded, my broncial tubes started filling up fast with mucous. I quickly drank a glass of water with lemon juice (it delutes mucous) and then I spread Arnica Gel all over my throat and upper chest. Arnica gel opens up things in the body. Do not use on open wounds or insect bites. Anyway, within a short time I was back to normal but to make sure, I spent some time in my sauna getting rid of more toxins. I thought I was having an alergic reaction to the mugwort. I had used it before but didn't have such a drastic reaction. Thank you again.

I use the PATHS sleep module, lucid dreaming module and melatonin. I get a deep sleep and the lucid dreaming mod has really enhanced my dreams without affecting my deep sleep.
In the past I have used Valerian root. It stinks, but is very effective...I have not used it in quite a few years because it is actually too strong and leaves me groggy for quite a while.
