Quest for life beyond Earth 'in NASA future plans'
This is pretty funny since NASA seems to have always scoffed at the possibility of life outside of this solar system, laughing at people who suggested it. Now all of a sudden its plausible to plan 28 missions in search of it?
If you follow the media trail NASA has been slowly easing people into this way of thinking for years. If they would have made this statement 7 years ago people would have thought it was a joke.
The fact of the matter is with NASA's access to space, they know most of what there is to know, so the fact that they are planning these missions in the open says everything.
It's time to make it public for whatever reason. (some of it at least).
