Last month's solar flare created a mysterious 'pulse' on Earth that seemed to 'answer' sun's blast | Mail Online

On May 17, 2012 an M-class flare exploded from the sun. The eruption also shot out a burst of solar particles traveling at nearly the speed of light that reached Earth about 20 minutes after the light from the flare. An M-class flare is considered a "moderate" flare, at least ten times less powerful than the largest X-class flares, but the particles sent out on May 17 were so fast and energetic that when they collided with atoms in Earth's atmosphere, they caused a shower of particles to cascade down toward Earth's surface. The shower created what's called a ground level enhancement (GLE). GLEs are quite rare -- fewer than 100 events have been observed in the last 70 years, since instruments were first able to detect them. Moreover, this was the first GLE of the current solar cycle--a sure sign that the sun's regular 11-year cycle is ramping up toward solar maximum.
      play with the numbers harmonically

The path to this observation began on Saturday, May 5, when a large sunspot rotated into view on the left side of the sun. The sunspot was as big as about 15 Earths, a fairly sizable active region, though by no means as big as some of the largest sunspots that have been observed on the sun. Dubbed Active Region 1476, the sunspots had already shown activity on the back side of the sun -- as seen by a NASA mission called the Solar Terrestrial Relations Observatory (STEREO) -- so scientists were on alert for more. Scientists who study high-energy particles from the sun had been keeping their eye out for just such an active region because they had seen no GLEs since December of 2006.

However, the Emperor and High Priest are further apart, and do not cooperate so well as their female counterparts, the Empress and High Priestess. Therefore the Emperor's himation covers his left side, to show his habitual repression of the subconscious, and that he may tend to dogmatism, rigidity and self-righteousness if his rule is not tempered by his co-regents, the Empress, Priest and Priestess.

          • found a beautiful Poem: Internet Book of Shadows: The Gifts of The Fool

            The Gifts Of The Fool

            0 - Fool

The Men and the Women were hungry. All about them was the Mother's
Bounty, the Gift of the Sacred King, and no way to harvest it.
The Fool came, and took of the Earth itself, and mixed it with water,
and shaped a Pot. And He took of the Grass, and shaped a Basket, and Nets,
            and Clothing.
And He took wood from the Tree. A straight piece of wood, and he took
a stone, the very Bones of the Mother, and shaped it to a point, and fastened
it to the wood, and made a Spear.
With another stone He made a Hoe, and with another he crafted a
Knife, and gave them to the Men and Women.
And the Fool spoke, and said, "Look you here at Tools. They give you
claws and fangs, and extend your reach longer than any of the Brothers and
Sisters-in-Fur, even as high as the stars themselves. They will bring you
food, and clothing, and shelter. They are good servants, but poor masters,
for they can also be used in the service of War, and War will harm and kill
you, and destroy what you have. Learn from Earth, and be wise."

The Men and Women were cold, and the winds of Winter blew over them.
Ice and snow rushed around them, and they huddled together, fearing.
But the Fool came to them, with a new thing.
He took wood from the Tree, and the Bones of the Mother, and made a
small circle. And with the wood from the Tree He made Fire.
And the Men and Women gathered around the warmth, as planets gather
            around suns, and were glad.
And the Fool said, "Look you here at Fire. It is warm and good; a
good servant, but a poor master indeed. Learn from this, that some things are
good when used correctly, and very bad indeed when used wrongly. For Fire
will warm your homes, and cook your food, and do many things for you, but it
can harm you, and kill you, and destroy what you have. You will find many
things like Fire. Learn from Fire, and be wise."

And the Fool took the clay pot, and filled it with Water, and placed
therein the meat of the hunt, and the fruits of the Earth. He placed the pot
upon the Fire, and the Water rolled and boiled, and the smell was savory to
            the Men and Women.
And the Fool spoke, and said, "Look you here at Water, the Blood of
the Mother. It will refresh you, and cool you, and shall be your servant. But
mind you do not let it be your master, for it will drown you, and flood you,
and harm you and kill you, and destroy what you have. It is soft, but of all
things it will wear thru even the hardest object. You will find many things
like Water. Learn from Water, and be wise."

The Fool sat beside the Fire, and hummed to Himself, and as He hummed
He clapped his hands in time, and He made yet another new thing, and called it
Song. And the Men and Women took up the Song, and sang, and rejoiced.
And the Fool said, "Look you here at Air. Song is of the Air, of the
very Breath you take. Song will comfort you in sadness, and rejoice with you
in celebration. Song will weave Words into Magic, and can bend the edges of
Reality. Treat it with respect, and do not misuse it, for Song, and Words,
can twist and lie and turn you to a harmful way; take away your individuality
and turn you to a Mob, that knows not what it does."

            2205

"You swim in the Air as a Fish swims in Water. Keep it pure, and
live. Foul it, and die. It is your choice. And beware of the Storms of the
Air, for this insubstantial Element can destroy what you have, and kill you.
You will find many things like Air. Learn from Air, and be wise."

And the Fool took of the Sacred King, and He winnowed it in the Air.
He ground it between the Bones of the Earth, and He made flour, and wetted it
with Water, and baked it in Fire, and made Bread, the Body of the Sacred
            King.
"Know that I am always with you," sang the Fool. "I am He who Saves,
He who Teaches, He who brings Light to the World. I bring peace with one
hand, and a sword with the other, that you may not stagnate, but might learn
and grow, and attain the very stars in the Heavens."
"You will always kill me, in many ways. I have been chained to a
rock, and crucified, and burned, persecuted, and hated. I have been banished
and slain, but always, always I return to you, and I will not be silenced."
"My words will be twisted, and misunderstood, but with each
generation you will strive ever closer to That which you reach for, forever
striving, forever attaining, and forever changing." ( passing of time )

"Sometimes I will come in quiet, slipping in and out again before you
have known my Presence, and at other times I will come with the sound of
            trumpets and proclaimations."
"But always I will come, and I shall be with you, always, to the End
            of Time."
And He gave the Bread to the Men and Women, and said "Remember!"
And one approached, and said, "You have told us of Earth, and my
husband was digging therein, and it fell upon him and he died. Therefore I
            shall kill you."
And another approached, and said, "You have told us of Air, and a
great wind has blown my mother from a high place, wherefrom she died.
            Therefore I shall kill you."
And another approached, and said, "You have given us Fire, and my
daughter has burned her hand therein. Therefore I shall kill you."
And another approached, and said, "You have told us of Water, and my
son has drowned therein. Therefore I shall kill you."
And they took the Spear, made from the wood of the Tree, pointed with
the Bones of the Mother, and thrust it into the body of the Fool, and the
Fool smiled sadly, and, for the first time of many, died.

"Will you always do this Teaching, O Fool?" said the Lady.
"Assuredly so," replied the Fool, with a smile, "For are they not Our
            children?"
"That they are," said the Lord, "But for how long shall You teach
them, and be slain in return?"
"For always," said the Fool. And he smiled, and a single tear coursed
            down His cheek.

Thus it was, and so it is, and evermore shall be so!

Tao Te Ching - Translated by J. Legge

The Tao Te Ching, Dao De Jing, or Daodejing (道德經: 道 dào "way"; 德 dé "virtue"; 經 jīng "power.") also simply referred to as the Laozi,[1][2] is a Chinese classic text. According to tradition, it was written around the 6th century BC by the sage Laozi (or Lao Tzu, "Old Master"), a record-keeper at the Zhou Dynasty court, by whose name the text is known in China. The text's true authorship and date of composition or compilation are still debated,[3] although the oldest excavated text dates back to the late 4th century BC.[1]

The text is fundamental to both philosophical and religious Taoism (Daojia, Chinese: 道家, Pinyin: Dàojiā; Daojiao, Chinese: 道教, Pinyin: Dàojiào) and strongly influenced other schools, such as Legalism, Confucianism and Chinese Buddhism, which when first introduced into China was largely interpreted through the use of Daoist words and concepts. Many Chinese artists, including poets, painters, calligraphers, and even gardeners have used the Daodejing as a source of inspiration. Its influence has also spread widely outside East Asia, and is amongst the most translated works in world literature.[1]

                  1
The Tao that can be trodden is not the enduring and
unchanging Tao. The name that can be named is not the enduring and
                  unchanging name.

(Conceived of as) having no name, it is the Originator of heaven
and earth; (conceived of as) having a name, it is the Mother of all
                  things.

Always without desire we must be found,
                  If its deep mystery we would sound;
But if desire always within us be,
Its outer fringe is all that we shall see.

Under these two aspects, it is really the same; but as development
takes place, it receives the different names. Together we call them
the Mystery. Where the Mystery is the deepest is the gate of all that
                  is subtle and wonderful.

                  ------------------

                  2
All in the world know the beauty of the beautiful, and in doing
this they have (the idea of) what ugliness is; they all know the skill
of the skilful, and in doing this they have (the idea of) what the
                  want of skill is.

So it is that existence and non-existence give birth the one to
(the idea of) the other; that difficulty and ease produce the one (the
idea of) the other; that length and shortness fashion out the one the
figure of the other; that (the ideas of) height and lowness arise from
the contrast of the one with the other; that the musical notes and
tones become harmonious through the relation of one with another; and
that being before and behind give the idea of one following another.

Therefore the sage manages affairs without doing anything, and
conveys his instructions without the use of speech.

All things spring up, and there is not one which declines to show
                  itself; they grow, and there is no claim made for their ownership;
they go through their processes, and there is no expectation (of a
reward for the results). The work is accomplished, and there is no
resting in it (as an achievement).

                  The work is done, but how no one can see;
'Tis this that makes the power not cease to be.

                  ----------------

                  3
Not to value and employ men of superior ability is the way to
keep the people from rivalry among themselves; not to prize articles
which are difficult to procure is the way to keep them from becoming
thieves; not to show them what is likely to excite their desires is
the way to keep their minds from disorder.

Therefore the sage, in the exercise of his government, empties
their minds, fills their bellies, weakens their wills, and strengthens
                  their bones.

He constantly (tries to) keep them without knowledge and without
desire, and where there are those who have knowledge, to keep them
from presuming to act (on it). When there is this abstinence from
                  action, good order is universal.

dislike. Hence (its way) is near to (that of) the Tao.

                    The excellence of a residence is in (the suitability of) the place;
that of the mind is in abysmal stillness; that of associations is in
their being with the virtuous; that of government is in its securing
good order; that of (the conduct of) affairs is in its ability; and
that of (the initiation of) any movement is in its timeliness.

And when (one with the highest excellence) does not wrangle (about
his low position), no one finds fault with him.

                    13
Favour and disgrace would seem equally to be feared; honour and
great calamity, to be regarded as personal conditions (of the same
                    kind).

What is meant by speaking thus of favour and disgrace? Disgrace is
being in a low position (after the enjoyment of favour). The getting
that (favour) leads to the apprehension (of losing it), and the losing
it leads to the fear of (still greater calamity):--this is what is
meant by saying that favour and disgrace would seem equally to be
                    feared.

And what is meant by saying that honour and great calamity are to be
(similarly) regarded as personal conditions? What makes me liable to
great calamity is my having the body (which I call myself); if I had
not the body, what great calamity could come to me?

Therefore he who would administer the kingdom, honouring it as he
honours his own person, may be employed to govern it, and he who would
administer it with the love which he bears to his own person may be
                    entrusted with it.

a fractal construct has an 'efficient function', it has a fractal ergonomy to them, they function on multiple levels and in multiple dimensions:

                      21
The grandest forms of active force
From Tao come, their only source.
Who can of Tao the nature tell?
Our sight it flies, our touch as well.
                      Eluding sight, eluding touch,
                      The forms of things all in it crouch;
                      Eluding touch, eluding sight,
There are their semblances, all right.
                      Profound it is, dark and obscure;
                      Things' essences all there endure.
                      Those essences the truth enfold
Of what, when seen, shall then be told.
Now it is so; 'twas so of old.
                      Its name--what passes not away;
                      So, in their beautiful array,
Things form and never know decay.

How know I that it is so with all the beauties of existing things? By
                      this (nature of the Tao)
                      .

                      ---------

                      34
All-pervading is the Great Tao! It may be found on the left
                      hand and on the right.

All things depend on it for their production, which it gives to
them, not one refusing obedience to it. When its work is
accomplished, it does not claim the name of having done it. It
clothes all things as with a garment, and makes no assumption of being
their lord;--it may be named in the smallest things. All things
return (to their root and disappear), and do not know that it is it
which presides over their doing so;--it may be named in the greatest
                      things.

Hence the sage is able (in the same way) to accomplish his great
achievements. It is through his not making himself great that he can
                      accomplish them.

                      ------------------

                      55
He who has in himself abundantly the attributes (of the Tao) is
                      like an infant
. Poisonous insects will not sting him; fierce beasts
will not seize him; birds of prey will not strike him.

(The infant's) bones are weak and its sinews soft, but yet its
grasp is firm. It knows not yet the union of male and female, and yet
its virile member may be excited;--showing the perfection of its
physical essence. All day long it will cry without its throat
becoming hoarse;--showing the harmony (in its constitution).

To him by whom this harmony is known,
(The secret of) the unchanging (Tao) is shown,
And in the knowledge wisdom finds its throne.
                      All life-increasing arts to evil turn;
Where the mind makes the vital breath to burn,
(False) is the strength, (and o'er it we should mourn.)

When things have become strong, they (then) become old, which may
be said to be contrary to the Tao. Whatever is contrary to the Tao
                      soon ends.

The word is about, there's something evolving,
whatever may come, the world keeps revolving
They say the next big thing is here,
                          that the revolution's near,
but to me it seems quite clear
that it's all just a little bit of history repeating

The newspapers shout a new style is growing,
but it don't know if it's coming or going,

and the joke is rather sad,

.. just little bits of history repeating

Some people don't dance, if they don't know who's singing,
why ask your head, it's your hips that are swinging
                          life's for us to enjoy

Electro swing - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Electro Swing is a musical genre fusing swing styles with modern, (often hip hop, drum and bass, dubstep or house influenced) production techniques. Contemporary artists of the genre incorporate loops, samples, melodies and styles from the Swing, Jazz and Big Band era such as Django Reinhardt, Cab Calloway and Benny Goodman to create new, more club friendly and accessible compositions. Leading artists include Parov Stelar and Caravan Palace.

The genres are connected with a revival of swing dances like the Lindy hop, the popularity of Neo-Burlesque and the resurgence in an appreciation of vintage fashion and culture in mainstream society, championed by style icons Dita Von Teese and successful television shows like Boardwalk Empire.

---------------------- that is not all ..............Ninja's have a similar mystical approach

                                Ninja Mind Control

"There are no extraordinary men, only ordinary men in extraordinary situations.

Those who have purchased this volume with the idea of employing mind control to further
their own selfish motives will be sadly disappointed. Indeed, such manipulations would be con-
sidered by some to be "black magic," and thus "evil." Such attempts will almost certainly bring
about the self-inflicted downfall of the perpetrator.
What we shall teach is far more valuable: You shall learn how to control your own mind. You
are about to participate in a great adventure. You are about to experience the awe and mystery
that reach from the inner sanctum of the mind to the outer limits of reality.
These pages contain the most profound and ancient exercises ever recorded. Do not begin
them lightly, or without proper respect, for they are powerful in the extreme and will almost
certainly change your life for the better. Once begun, there can be no going back to the past, or
leaping forward into the future. There is only the reality of now.
These movements will balance the flow of energy in the body, thereby healing old wounds
and filling the self with vitality. That is their first benefit. It is often said, "What good are all
the treasures of the earth, if one does not have health?" These exercises will give you health.
This will not happen immediately, of course. The effects of all yogic postures, like those of
meditation, are cumulative. One simply starts, and before long, one notices that some ache or
pain, which was obvious at the outset, now seems much improved or has vanished altogether.
Surely these rewards of daily exercise, the maintenance and well being of the body, are worth a
few minutes of time. Surely you did not expect to read one chapter and have instant mind con-
trol over the masses. Whatever effort would have been expended toward that goal can much
better be spent on the improvement of oneself; that is a far nobler mission, to be certain.
The second benefit of these techniques is the gradual development of the ability to direct, or
conversely, to act in accordance with, the flow of energy within the physical body. With this
power, one transcends the lower levels of consciousness that impede progress toward the reali-
zation of one's true nature and place in the universe.
Once we have acquired self-knowledge and understand the way of Nature, it is clearly evident
that no one can control the actions of another. In fact, if we can learn to control our own wants
and needs, let alone our fears and desires, we shall have accomplished a great deal. When that
is achieved, we shall no longer seek to control others, or even to interfere in their lives by giv-
ing advice. We shall glow with the vitality and energy of inner peace.
Seeking only to improve ourselves, we shall be seen as good examples to follow; and divest-
ing ourselves of petty ambition in order to pursue this great goal, we-shall be known as follow-
ers of peace. Because we know our inner strength cannot be threatened, we are unlikely to feel
the need for power over others. In this way, the true power can be achieved, because others,
motivated by self-interest, will want to know how we can do the things we shall learn herein.
And when they ask, we must tell them freely, and share all that we have, so that they, too, can
                                find the Way.
