  • THE CODEX OF LOVE HM 8

    71 - Many stars are born. Many stars light the way of the heavens.
    Each star has a story. If you listen you will catch it and it will awaken
    you. It will remind you of the wisdom of ages, the secret of all the
    sages. Listen, for no star shines forever. You each are a star. Tell your
    story and listen.

    80 - In the vulva there are many secrets hidden; they can only be dis-
    covered with stillness and contemplation. Let thine sweet lips create
    the ecstasy.

    98 - Hear Me O My daughter, for I call you with every sigh. I seek
    you when you cry. I bring you the medicine to the pain in your heart.

    107 - Those that walk away from the Gates of love with a heart of
    stone, shall rise from the ashes of pain. Those that enter the Gates of
    love with a heart of gold, shall rise from the glory of joy.

    116 - Has life slipped through your fingers? Do you fear its depar-
    ture? The wink of time may not be a friend, but I am life and you, I
    hold dear. The day for the labors of life. The night for the labors of
    love. The breath between for the prayers of Truth. A cycle carries five
    breaths, six sighs and a moment of death. In the first breath of dawn,
    pray for the blessings of life. In the second breath of noon, pray for the
    glory of Light. In the third breath of afternoon, pray for the continuity
    of the world. In the fourth breath of sunset, pray for peace. In the fifth
    breath of eve, pray for all that your heart holds dear. In the first sigh
    of light, angels bless all mothers. In the second sigh of morn, angels
    bless all children. In the third sigh before the breath, angels redeem all
    prayers. In the fourth sigh of midheaven’ s afternoon, angels praise all
    truth. In the fifth sigh before sunset, angels weep the bloodshed. In the
    sixth sigh after eve, angels purify the heavens. The moment of death is
    after midnight; My shadow descends and in its embrace is the begin-
    ning of balance. This is the cycle of life. All that is dead will be reborn.
    Live the moment, pray the hour and love in every second. This is the
    hidden treasure of all prophets. Partake of it, if the eternity of heaven
    is what you seek.

    125 - In My temple there are but three: the white, the red and the
    green. The white is the garment of the young bride. worn in purity of
    her love. No man should she touch, but on the full moon. Her groom
    the wheel of life will choose. In healing and for Light should she her
    free time spend. The red is the garment of the princess, worn as a
    symbol of the life in her power. She her men can choose. But, a single
    prince is better to be. They must be lions filled with the blood of Truth.
    In teaching and riding the Holy Chariot, her time should be taken.
    The green is the Queen and the children of Light she must feed. Jewel
    of wisdom must she adorn, and Truth in her life uphold. Her womb is
    a symbol of Light and only in it consumed. These titles are of no age
    or rank. These laws are to govern the daughters of My temple. In it, of
    the power of Light they will learn and their passions awaken and tame.
    To those that seek to uphold the laws of marriage and men, blessed are
    you, if your love you nourish and Truth uphold. My temple is open to
    those who truth evaded, love abandoned and passions of men abused.
    My temple is but a room for women upholding the Torch of Light.
    Open the gates and behold the rays of the Sun.

    134 - Once upon a time there was a child who was left alone in a desert.
    He sat beside a rock on the shore of an oasis frightened, confused, and
    sad. He stared at the stars and their reflections on the water. Do you
    know who that child is? His name is hope. Would you adopt him?

    143 - Behold, O Jerusalem, thy God is one. One is the essence of life.
    The creation is in the creator. The Light of the world is one. Each na-
    tion has erected a shrine and a faith. In the faith of men, truth and lie
    are one. The mind knows the lie and the heart the truth. If your heart
    dies, your mind will know no peace. All things are true, but there is
    one lie. The lie rests in the truth - each is of their course a star. Escape
    the truth into the lie, and resurrect the lie into a truth. This is the truth
    of the way to the One. Find your lie and you will find the truth. If you
    need to ponder, but ponder on this, My child. Who is the one that you
    love most dear? Is it not your heart that knows this love? Treasure
    this love, for with this truth there can be no lie. For your heart is the
    beloved and its lover is the love of your beloved. Learn of this and no
    loneliness you will know.

    152 - Passion is like a tree; it must be watered with tenderness and
    sowed in fidelity.

    161 - Awaken the spirit of your passion and rise, O daughters of the
    stars. I call upon you to the Gate of Love, to climb the Stairs of Light.
    Warm your heart with presence and grow wings of joy. The day has
    come for love to become your weapon. Slay the beast of fear and cut
    the chains of despair. Let the desire for union be the sandals of your
    feet, and the necklace of wisdom adorn you with glory. Love has spo-
    ken of you and whispered your name. It wrote of your heart and faith.
    O ladies of love, adorn your white garment and arise. The heavens are
    open and My arms are wide. I am love and you are My bleeding heart.

    170 - The whip in the hand of the lovers is gentler than their lies. Be
    like a rock in the facing of waves and fear not their impact, for I am
    justice and truth

      There's so much that we need to share
      So send a smile and show you care

      (Alright)
      I'll give a little bit
      I'll give a little bit of my life for you
      So give a little bit
      Give a little bit of your time to me
      See the man with the lonely eyes
      Oh, take his hand, you'll be surprised
      (Oh take his hand)

      Come along
      Yea yea yea yea
      Yea yea yea yea yea yea yea
      (Aaa)
      (Louder)

      Give a little bit
      Give a little bit of your love to me
      I'll give a little bit
      I'll give a little bit of my life for you
      Now's the time that we need to share
      So find yourself, we're on our way back home

      Ohh goin' home
      Don't you need, don't you need to feel at home?
      Oh yea, we gotta sing
      Ooh yea, gotta get a feelin'
      Ooh, yea, come along too
      Oh come along too
      Come come come come along
      Ooh yea come along
      Say take a look, come along too
      Come along right

      The highest excellence is like (that of) water. The excellence
      of water appears in its benefiting all things, and in its occupying,
      without striving (to the contrary), the low place which all men
      dislike. Hence (its way) is near to (that of) the Tao.

      The excellence of a residence is in (the suitability of) the place;
      that of the mind is in abysmal stillness; that of associations is in
      their being with the virtuous; that of government is in its securing
      good order; that of (the conduct of) affairs is in its ability; and
      that of (the initiation of) any movement is in its timeliness.

      And when (one with the highest excellence) does not wrangle (about
      his low position), no one finds fault with him. Tao Te Ching

        Acid in the brain: Team develops new way to look at brain function

        University of Iowa neuroscientist John Wemmie, M.D., Ph.D., is interested in the effect of acid in the brain. His studies suggest that increased acidity or low pH, in the brain is linked to panic disorders, anxiety, and depression. But his work also suggests that changes in acidity are important for normal brain activity too.

        Evil Ways lyrics
        Songwriters: Henry, Clarence Arthur;

        You got to change your evil ways, baby
        Before I stop loving you
        You got to change, baby
        And every word that I say is true

        You've got me runnin' an' hidin' all over town
        You've got me sneakin' an' a'peepin' and runnin' you down
        This can't go on, Lord knows you got to change, baby

        Baby, when I come home, baby
        My house is dark and my pots are cold
        You hangin' 'round, baby
        With Jean and Joan and a who knows who

        I'm getting tired of waitin' and foolin' around
        I'll find somebody, that won't make me feel like a clown
        This can't go on, Lord knows you got to change

        When I come home, baby
        My house is dark and my pots are cold
        You hangin' 'round, baby

        I'm gettin' tired of waitin' and foolin' around
        I'll find somebody, that won't make me feel like a clown
        This can't go on, yeah yeah yeah

              It is not the first time i meet this word ABRAXAS

              Abrasax (Gk. ΑΒΡΑΣΑΞ, which is far more common in the sources than the variant form Abraxas, ΑΒΡΑΞΑΣ) was a word of mystic meaning in the system of the Gnostic Basilides, being there applied to the “Great Archon” (Gk., megas archōn), the princeps of the 365 spheres (Gk., ouranoi).[1] In Gnostic cosmology, the 7 letters spelling its name represent each of the 7 classic planets—Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn.[2]

              The word is found in Gnostic texts such as the Holy Book of the Great Invisible Spirit, and also appears in the Greek Magical Papyri. It was engraved on certain antique gemstones, called on that account Abraxas stones, which were used as amulets or charms. As the initial spelling on stones was 'Abrasax' (Αβρασαξ), the spelling of 'Abraxas' seen today probably originates in the confusion made between the Greek letters Sigma and Xi in the Latin transliteration. The word may be related to Abracadabra, although other explanations exist.

              There are similarities and differences between such figures in reports about Basilides' teaching, ancient Gnostic texts, the larger Greco-Roman magical traditions, and modern magical and esoteric writings. Opinions abound on Abraxas, who in recent centuries has been claimed to be both an Egyptian god and a demon.[3] The Swiss Psychologist Carl Jung wrote a short Gnostic treatise in 1916 called The Seven Sermons to the Dead, which called Abraxas a God higher than the Christian God and Devil, that combines all opposites into one Being.
              The name occurs in the Refutation of all Heresies (vii. 26) by Hippolytus, who appears in these chapters to have followed the Exegetica of Basilides. After describing the manifestation of the Gospel in the Ogdoad and Hebdomad, he adds that the Basilidians have a long account of the innumerable creations and powers in the several 'stages' of the upper world (diastemata), in which they speak of 365 heavens and say that "their great archon" is Abrasax, because his name contains the number 365, the number of the days in the year; i.e. the sum of the numbers denoted by the Greek letters in ΑΒΡΑΣΑΞ according to the rules of isopsephy is 365:

              Α = 1, Β = 2, Ρ = 100, Α = 1, Σ = 200, Α = 1, Ξ = 60
              365 = HM 5 = 5 - High Priest

              also 365 can correspond to book /chapter / verse 3 / 6 / 5 ( see kama sutra )

              Motto:
              Obscure ardens (Burning darkly)
              Deities:
              Apollo; Helios, Sol; Shamash.
              Dice:
              1+5 = Love+Father (Water); 3+2 = Family+Father (Fire).
              Astragali:
              1+4+3 = Love+Holy+Male.
              Greek Letter = Wau (Digamma):
              Wruomai = to redeem, cure, heal, save, deliver.
              Trigram:
              I:I Name: Li = the Clinging. Image: Fire, Lightning, Sun. The Second Son, associated with giving light, attention and awareness. East in the Earlier Heaven.
              Some parts at least of the figure above mentioned are solar symbols, and the Basilidian Abrasax is manifestly connected with the sun / Shamash .
              Abrasax stones

              A vast number of engraved stones are in existence, to which the name "Abrasax-stones" has long been given. One particularly fine example was included as part of the Thetford treasure from fourth century Norfolk, UK. The subjects are mythological, and chiefly grotesque, with various inscriptions, in which ΑΒΡΑΣΑΞ often occurs, alone or with other words. Sometimes the whole space is taken up with the inscription. In certain obscure magical writings of Egyptian origin ἀβραξάς or ἀβρασάξ is found associated with other names which frequently accompany it on gems;[6] it is also found on the Greek metal tesseræ among other mystic words. The meaning of the legends is seldom intelligible: but some of the gems are amulets; and the same may be the case with nearly all.
              Incantations by mystic names were characteristic of the hybrid Gnosticism planted in Spain and southern Gaul Pyrennee Mountains at the end of the fourth century and at the beginning of the fifth, which Jerome connects with Basilides, and which (according to his Epist., lxxv.) used the name Abrasax. Cathars and Alumbrados
              The attempts to discover a derivation for the name, Greek, Hebrew, Coptic, or other, have not been entirely successful:

              http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abraxas_(album)

              Abraxas is the second studio album by the Latin-influenced rock band Santana. Consolidating their highly acclaimed live performance at the Woodstock Festival in August 1969, and the interest generated by their first album, Santana (released in May 1969), the band took some time to issue a follow-up. Released in September, 1970, the album's mix of rock, blues, jazz, salsa and other influences made it a classic that defined Santana's early sound, and showed a musical maturation from their first album.

                A Prophecy: To George Keats In America 3 6 9

                3 And the stars they glisten, glisten,
                6 For a song and for a charm,
                9 To hear what I shall say.
                12 Hearken, thou eternal sky!
                15 Listen, listen, listen, listen,
                18 Though the rushes that will make
                21 Its swathe, is on the cotton tree –
                24 Listen, starlight, listen, listen,
                27 Child, I see thee! Child, I've found thee
                30 But a Poet evermore!
                33 Upon the little cradle's top
                36 Awake it from its sleep,
                39 Amaze, amaze!
                42 It lifts its little hand into the flame
                45 With dumb endeavour sweetly –
                48 O' th' western wild,
                51 A Poet now or never,
                54 A Poet now or never!

                ----------------------------------------------------

                Ode

                Thus ye live on high, and then
                On the earth ye live again;
                And the souls ye left behind you
                Teach us, here, the way to find you,
                Where your other souls are joying,
                Never slumber'd, never cloying.
                Here, your earth-born souls still speak
                To mortals, of their little week;
                Of their sorrows and delights;
                Of their passions and their spites;
                Of their glory and their shame;
                What doth strengthen and what maim.
                Thus ye teach us, every day,
                Wisdom, though fled far away.
                Ode On Melancholy

                3.
                She dwells with Beauty - Beauty that must die;
                And Joy, whose hand is ever at his lips
                Bidding adieu; and aching Pleasure nigh,
                Turning to poison while the bee-mouth sips;
                Ay, in the very temple of delight
                Veiled Melancholy has her sovran shrine,
                Though seen of none save him whose strenuous
                tongue
                Can burst Joy's grape against his palate fine;
                His soul shall taste the sadness of her might,
                And be among her cloudy trophies hung.
                Ode On A Grecian Urn

                Ah, happy, happy boughs! that cannot shed
                Your leaves, nor ever bid the Spring adieu;
                And, happy melodist, unwearied,
                For ever piping songs for ever new;
                More happy love! more happy, happy love!
                For ever warm and still to be enjoy'd,
                For ever panting, and for ever young;
                All breathing human passion far above,
                That leaves a heart high-sorrowful and cloy'd,
                A burning forehead, and a parching tongue.
                Ode On Indolence

                A third time came they by;---alas! wherefore?
                My sleep had been embroider'd with dim dreams;
                My soul had been a lawn besprinkled o'er
                With flowers, and stirring shades, and baffled beams:
                The morn was clouded, but no shower fell,
                Tho' in her lids hung the sweet tears of May;
                The open casement press'd a new-leav'd vine,
                Let in the budding warmth and throstle's lay;
                O Shadows! 'twas a time to bid farewell!
                Upon your skirts had fallen no tears of mine.

                So, ye three Ghosts, adieu! Ye cannot raise
                My head cool-bedded in the flowery grass;
                For I would not be dieted with praise,
                A pet-lamb in a sentimental farce!
                Fade sofdy from my eyes, and be once more
                In masque-like figures on the dreamy urn;
                Farewell! I yet have visions for the night,
                And for the day faint visions there is store;
                Vanish, ye Phantoms! from my idle spright,
                Into the clouds, and never more return!
                Ode on Melancholy

                She dwells with Beauty -- Beauty that must die;
                And Joy, whose hand is ever at his lips
                Bidding adieu; and aching Pleasure nigh,

                  Ode on Melancholy

                  She dwells with Beauty -- Beauty that must die;
                  And Joy, whose hand is ever at his lips
                  Bidding adieu; and aching Pleasure nigh,
                  Turning to poison while the bee-mouth sips;

                  And be among her cloudy trophies hung.
                  Ode To A Nightingale

                  Fade far away, dissolve, and quite forget
                  What thou among the leaves hast never known,
                  The weariness, the fever, and the fret
                  Here, where men sit and hear each other groan;
                  Where palsy shakes a few, sad, last gray hairs,
                  Where youth grows pale, and spectre-thin, and dies;
                  Where but to think is to be full of sorrow
                  And leaden-eyed despairs;
                  Where beauty cannot keep her lustrous eyes,
                  Or new love pine at them beyond tomorrow

                  Darkling I listen; and for many a time
                  I have been half in love with easeful Death,
                  Called him soft names in many a mused rhyme,
                  To take into the air my quiet breath;
                  Now more than ever seems it rich to die,
                  To cease upon the midnight with no pain,
                  While thou art pouring forth thy soul abroad
                  In such an ecstasy!
                  Still wouldst thou sing, and I have ears in vain---
                  To thy high requiem become a sod

                  .
                  Ode To Apollo Has 8 verses

                  3.
                  Then, through thy Temple wide, melodious swells
                  The sweet majestic tone of Maro's lyre:
                  The soul delighted on each accent dwells,--
                  Enraptur'd dwells,--not daring to respire,
                  The while he tells of grief around a funeral pyre.

                  6.
                  A silver trumpet Spenser blows,
                  And, as its martial notes to silence flee,
                  From a virgin chorus flows
                  A hymn in praise of spotless Chastity.
                  'Tis still! Wild warblings from the Aeolian lyre
                  Enchantment softly breathe, and tremblingly expire.
                  Ode To Autumn

                  Where are the songs of Spring? Ay, where are they?
                  Think not of them, thou hast thy music too,---
                  While barred clouds bloom the soft-dying day,
                  And touch the stubble-plains with rosy hue;
                  Then in a wailful choir, the small gnats mourn
                  Among the river sallows, borne aloft
                  Or sinking as the light wind lives or dies;
                  And full-grown lambs loud bleat from hilly bourn;
                  Hedge-crickets sing; and now with treble soft
                  The redbreast whistles from a garden-croft,
                  And gathering swallows twitter in the skies.
                  Ode to Fanny

                  Who now, with greedy looks, eats up my feast?
                  What stare outfaces now my silver moon!
                  Ah! keep that hand unravished at the least;
                  Let, let, the amorous burn --
                  But pr'ythee, do not turn
                  The current of your heart from me so soon.
                  O! save, in charity,
                  The quickest pulse for me.

                  I know it -- and to know it is despair
                  To one who loves you as I love, sweet Fanny!
                  Whose heart goes fluttering for you every where,
                  Nor, when away you roam,
                  Dare keep its wretched home,
                  Love, love alone, his pains severe and many:
                  Then, loveliest! keep me free,
                  From torturing jealousy.
                  Ode To Psyche

                  O latest born and loveliest vision far
                  Of all Olympus' faded hierarchy!
                  Fairer than Ph{oe}be's sapphire-region'd star,
                  Or Vesper, amorous glow-worm of the sky;
                  Fairer than these, though temple thou hast none,
                  Nor altar heap'd with flowers;
                  Nor virgin-choir to make delicious moan
                  Upon the midnight hours;
                  No voice, no lute, no pipe, no incense sweet
                  From chain-swung censer teeming;
                  No shrine, no grove, no oracle, no heat
                  Of pale-mouth'd prophet dreaming.
                  Ode.

                  Bards of Passion and of Mirth,
                  Ye have left your souls on earth!
                  Ye have souls in heaven too,
                  Double-lived in regions new!
                  On A Dream

                  As Hermes once took to his feathers light
                  When lulled Argus, baffled, swoon'd and slept,
                  So on a Delphic reed my idle spright
                  So play'd, so charm'd, so conquer'd, so bereft
                  The dragon-world of all its hundred eyes,
                  And, seeing it asleep, so fled away:
                  Not to pure Ida with its snow-cold skies,
                  Nor unto Tempe where Jove griev'd a day;
                  But to that second circle of sad hell,
                  Where 'mid the gust, the whirlwind, and the flaw
                  Of rain and hail-stones, lovers need not tell
                  Their sorrows. Pale were the sweet lips I saw,
                  Pale were the lips I kiss'd, and fair the form
                  I floated with, about that melancholy storm.

                    Seven Nation Army lyrics

                    I'm gonna fight 'em off
                    A seven nation army couldn't hold me back
                    They're gonna rip it off
                    Taking their time right behind my back

                    And I'm talking to myself at night
                    Because I can't forget
                    Back and forth through my mind
                    Behind a cigarette

                    And the message coming from my eyes
                    Says leave it alone

                    Don't want to hear about it
                    Every single one's got a story to tell
                    Everyone knows about it
                    From the Queen of England to the hounds of hell

                    And if I catch it coming back my way
                    I'm gonna serve it to you
                    And that ain't what you want to hear
                    But that's what I'll do

                    And the feeling coming from my bones
                    Says find a home

                    I'm going to Wichita
                    Far from this opera for evermore
                    I'm gonna work the straw
                    Make the sweat drip out of every pore

                    And I'm bleeding, and I'm bleeding, and I'm bleeding
                    Right before the Lord
                    All the words are gonna bleed from me
                    And I will think no more

                            Let us dive into another Sacred Book .... was mentioned in Before it's news ... so figured we could have a look at it:

                            The Book of Job ( /ˈdʒoʊb/; Hebrew: אִיוֹב‎ ʾ iyobh), commonly referred to simply as Job, is one of the books of the Hebrew Bible. It relates the story of Job, his trials at the hands of Satan, his discussions with friends on the origins and nature of his suffering, his challenge to God, and finally a response from God. The book is a didactic poem set in a prose frame. The over-riding and oft-asked question asked in the book of Job is, "Why do the righteous suffer?".
                            The Book of Job 3-----------6-------------9 coming up

                            1 / 3 - His substance also was seven thousand sheep, and three thousand camels, and five hundred yoke of oxen, and five hundred she asses, and a very great household; so that this man was the greatest of all the men of the east.

                            1 / 6 - Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them

                            1 / 9 - Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, Doth Job fear God for nought?

                            1 / 12 - And the LORD said unto Satan, Behold, all that he hath is in thy power; only upon himself put not forth thine hand. So Satan went forth from the presence of the LORD.

                            Ps ( 1 / 13 principle of gender : And there was a day when his sons and his daughters were eating and drinking wine in their eldest brother’s house )

                            1 / 15 - And the Sabeans fell upon them, and took them away; yea, they have slain the servants with the edge of the sword; and I only am escaped alone to tell thee

                            1 / 18 - While he was yet speaking, there came also another, and said, Thy sons and thy daughters were eating and drinking wine in their eldest brother’s house

                            1 / 21 - And said, Naked came I out of my mother’s womb, and naked shall I return thither: the LORD gave, and the LORD hath taken away; blessed be the name of the LORD

                            you probably noticed that the 1 in ex: 1 / 9 has also a role to play in the interpretation of it

                            ps: in light of the title of the book JOB and the theme of it:

                            the expression : GET A JOB .... takes on another meaning

                              By the rivers of Babylon (Rough bits of Babylon)
                              there we sat down (You hear the people cry)
                              ye-eah we wept, (They need their God)
                              when we remember Zion. (Ooh, have the power)

                              The Rolling Stones: You Can't Always Get What You Want - YouTube

                              I saw her today at the reception
                              A glass of wine in her hand
                              I knew she was gonna meet her connection
                              At her feet was a footloose man
                              You can't always get what you want
                              You can't always get what you want
                              You can't always get what you want
                              But if you try sometimes well you might find
                              You get what you need
                              And I went down to the demonstration
                              To get my fair share of abuse
                              Singing, "We're gonna vent our frustration
                              If we don't we're gonna blow a 50-amp fuse"
                              You can't always get what you want
                              You can't always get what you want
                              You can't always get what you want
                              But if you try sometimes well you just might find
                              You get what you need
                              I went down to the Chelsea drugstore
                              To get your prescription filled
                              I was standing in line with Mr. Jimmy
                              And man, did he look pretty ill
                              We decided that we would have a soda
                              My favorite flavor, cherry red
                              I sung my song to Mr. Jimmy
                              Yeah, and he said one word to me, and that was "dead"
                              I said to him
                              You can't always get what you want
                              You can't always get what you want
                              You can't always get what you want
                              But if you try sometimes you just might find
                              You get what you need
                              You get what you need--yeah, oh baby
                              I saw her today at the reception
                              In her glass was a bleeding man
                              She was practiced at the art of deception
                              Well I could tell by her blood-stained hands
                              You can't always get what you want
                              You can't always get what you want

                              You just might find
                              You get what you need
                              You can't always get what you want

                              • You can't always get what you want
                                But if you try sometimes you just might find
                                You get what you need
                                but you can turn "what you need" into "what you want"

                                2:1 Again there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them to present himself before the LORD.

                                for the sake of experimentation replace the word Satan with Kali Yuga in the above quote

                                3:6 As for that night, let darkness seize upon it; let it not be joined unto the days of the year, let it not come into the number of the months.
