But on the other hand the human being must, in full consciousness, make preparation for communities into which he will enter entirely of his own free will in the sixth epoch. I discovered also a mental exercise on my own, but one think is required the ability to visualize yourself (takes a little time to get used to) from up top (as if you are looking down on yourself ). Now close your eyes, relax, look down on yourself (hint: your brain already knows the position you are in, just ask it to project it for you). Once you are there, seeing yourself down there open a donut coil on top of your head (make it big enough so your body can fit in the middle, your brain likes to respect proportions), and lower it and feel your head going through it until you get to your toes, and back up again.

Founder of Exopolitics Hong Kong, Neil Gould interviews “Methi Meier”, the son of “contactee” Billy Meier in response to an open letter that he published on his blog exposing a long running family feud and his mistreatment by FIGU, a group which supports his father in disseminating spiritual teachings on line through his father’s contacts with a group of extraterrestrials called “Plejarens”.

The interview generates controversial disclosures involving his father “Billy” Eduard Albert Meier and disclosures about FIGU who are based at the Semjase Silver Star Centre in Switzerland. Some of Methi’s claims include the alleged manipulation of Meier by FIGU members; that Billy Meier’s does not practice what he preaches [committed violence against his wife] and Methi casts doubts as to the authenticity of “some” [not all] of Meier’s contact notes! He does support the authenticity of some of the spiritual teachings from Meier’s early contacts.

Clarke tells Icke about a vivid dream she had with the famed Cosmologist Carl Sagan who appeared and talked about photons, the basic unit of light and all other forms of electromagnetic radiation.

Carol said in her dream that Sagan talked about the nature of the Universe and here is what she describes happened:
