Energy we need

We need a cheep source of energy.
1.inexpensive to build.
2.Inexpensive to use.
3.small size.
4.Not harmful to environment.
5.Not require an earth ground.

Who would make billions on that though. Most of your list is possible now if we just wanted to. Or if those who rule us weren't getting paid to make sure we didn't keep up the status quo. Oil is where the money is at and there is far more of it than they would have you think. No reason to stop now.
