Pyrolysed Carbon Black

Guys m manufacturing Pyrolysed Oil from Waste Tyres.The ash content and Inorganic content(ZnO and Sulfur) in the derived Carbon Black is high.I wanted to lower it around 0.03% by wt so that we can use it for steel manufacturing.

please suggest some cheap ideas..
