What does it do exactly? Why didn't he make an actual diagram of it? And why 3 videos of nothing but it spinning?

He says he's started with about a 6 minute spin time and extended it to approx 40 minutes, by the use or employment of the Electrogravito methods.
The 5 videos show a full run, split into segments due to YouTube constraints.

Air friction might be the simple reason for changes producing run time differences, or the claimed Leedskalnin magnetic effects. Such effects would aim at Earth interaction.....the Earth spinning at a particular rate and such a device locking to that spin, to run practically forever. At least, that's what I understand, a mini Earth under a 'quadpod'.
A lock to the Earth's poles would seem to offer no rotation ability, unless it's all to do with Faraday's Paradox.

The fact that his assembly stops after a while and doesn't hit any form of constant speed, is where a lot of folks would start to question it. Looks to just be a heavy mass suspended and spun.

I agree since there is no constant speed or even a consistant climbing of the speed it is questionable.
