The last 23 years from "Mauerfall"-downfall of communism and especially the last 5 crisis years, had shown clearly that people on our planet, Earth, are not only no able to colaborate peacefully between themselves as states, but whats more important, they do not have any clues to organize themselves inside any country.

Such true "Cold Nuclear Device" can produce, against Mr. Rossi's claims, up to 100 MW of electrical power from 1 m^3.
And this eternaly, without fuel consumption (water rebuilds its particles in process called through Victor Schauberger as "Living Water"), no maintenance and eternal living of mechanics.
Same process of "Living Water" takes place in our body cells, gives us real power, cares about our health.
Of this we speak about: Biological (dynamic, eternal string of small, 10 mlns C grad hot, nuclear shots) Nuclear Reaction type.
The same process takes place in our home series of reactors DRJ200-600, but with small effectivity only.
It can be observed, that no fuel (water) dispersed is during work, even through many years of work.
What we need is only electricity which works as conventional ignition through propelling of electrical engine.
But we get more heat power than engine electricity consumes.
Also these reactors, as well Potapov's, are first useful water engines in the world.
The effectivity of today possible to produce series DRJ200.2013 is on 120% level.
But IE2/2011 class electrical engines are even today not very effective.
We have produced own series of magnet engines which efficiency lies 20% over other, few existing IE.4 class engines.
NEW CLASS IE.4 MAGNETIC ENGINES 85% EFFICIENT.

As is clearly seen, mechanical effectivity of workhead alone (p. 8) is on same level as by DRJ200.2013.
Total effectivity (7.) is >50% better thanks high effectivity of magnet engine.
And of this, the "2014" can work in 24/24 H mode (5.2) with todays economy of "2013" but giving 2.5x more space to heat possible.
Whats more, in this mode only 2 buffer tanks, 300 L each, needed are for proper function.
In fall of "2013" DRJ200.11 kW only to heat 500 sqm 8 such tanks are to be attached (for 18.5 kW engine 18 tanks already).
In 10/24 H mode (5.1) space possible to heat by heavy frost is smaller but effectivity rises to 4x over gas, against 2.5 by "2013".
The suggested retail price for this series will be in old, good 2012 (before inflation coming soon) EUR's 10-11.400, USD 13-14.400 NETTO.
But because of no real need for such devices today, they will be not produced.
