this may be easy to solve for a lot of my engeneer fellows in here, but its being a trouble for me to get it right, a lot of online calculators ask for different input values and all give me completely different results, as my goal is to achieve the best possible efficiency in my setup, i need an input matching network to match my op amp output impedance ( 9 Ω Output Resistance/ RL = 150 Ω / Output current 100mA, ), to the gate input of my Mosfet (Input Capacitance: 135pF / RG = (25 Ω@Vdd 50V IAS 3.3A) / Drain to Source On Resistance 1 Ω/ 1.5 Ω Max) Frequency: 30Mhz
if someone could help with the best easy configuration and formulas i would be profoundly grateful
