Not a generator

This is not a generator in the sense it is creating power. It is just using the power of the batteries to produce a higher voltage pulsing signal as has already been explained. There is no point in trying to convert it to a lower voltage. It is not producing any more power than what is being put into it.

The inverter device as seen as part of a renewable energy device is interesting. There have been claims of conversions reaching 98% efficiency.
