Many people in my area have been the victims of RFID security scans which comprimise their credit cards, They can be read through your billfold or purse, even in your pocket or purse. It seems that identity theft is rampant in some areas of the country. But today, my next door neighbor went to make a call on her smart phone and found she hadn't any minutes left. She went to the phone company and also found out that she had used $3000 worth of phone time. It seems that smart phones also have the holograms on their backs. Someone can scan them and then upload the information onto another phone. She had to prove that she hadn't been in any of these other countries before the phone company would do a readjustment for her. Now she had places four layers of aluminum foil on theback of her phone and in a case to prvent this from happening again, per my instructions. Also she placed aluminum foil in both sides of her purse, doubled. I also told her that now she can purchase a billfold/purse made of stainless steel mesh, proven to stop RFID scans. Good Luck. stealth

It seems to me that all you have to do to catch RFID itendt thieves, is to essentially have agents with RFID honey pots ... and lay other traps as well.
Here is an example of honey pot tech against those darn SPAMMERS:
