A superior hydrogen energy source?

Blacklight Power has evoked much skeptisism and was discussed last time here in 2008.

The developments in recent years indicate that it has a solid scientific footing. It has been confirmed by some independent top level scientific centers and its underlying theory is coherent and has a superior predictive power compared to Quantum Physics.

BlackLight has developed a commercially competitive, nonpolluting source of energy that forms a predicted, previously undiscovered, more stable form of hydrogen called “Hydrino” that releases two hundred times more energy than burning hydrogen enabling ubiquitous H2O vapor to serve as the source of H2 fuel.

So they are stating that they found this “new” form of Hydrogen called a “Hydrino”. When reading about the hydrinos I do see mention of tritium and deuterium during the process.

I think what Blacklight is doing is what Walter Russell mentioned. If you look at his chart of elements you see the same elements(tritium/deut) listed within the hydrogen part of the octave wave. So my guess is they are measuring carbogen(1st element listed within hydrogen octave) and they are transmuting between these different states of hydrogen and measuring the result. Even if they are not measuring specifically carbogen it could be any of the other Hydrogen octave elements still proving the Russell theory that there are elements/octaves before Hydrogen. AND that they are not isotopes but rather complete elements.

In any case, it is correct that the Hydrino is not an isotope. An isotope of Hydrogen would contain a different number of neutrons, which is not the case. The Hydrino is just Hydrogen at a lower, stable energy level (would that be a lower octave form?).

The existence of a lower energy state of Hydrogen was predicted by Dr Randall Mills on the basis of his "Grand Unified Theory of Classical Physics (GUT-CP)" and its existence has been confirmed by independent research institutes.

Standard Quantum Theory assumes that Hydrogen does not have lower energy states than what is called the ground state which is highly prevalent in nature, but Mills maintains that this is because of a flaw in Quantum theory. There are reasons to believe that he is right in maintaining that his theory is more correct because it has a greatly superior predictive power, see "Hydrogen Power.."

Mills predicted, that if one could make Hydrogen in water transform into Hydrinos, this would be a powerful energy source, because large energy amounts are released at this transformation. His prediction has been confirmed by independent top-level laboratories. Now practical implementations are under way and the BlackLightpower has showed that it is possible to produce energy continually over long time with this method.
