Given the Number of Probable Scams, Is it Worth Listing Them (Perhaps with a Poll)?

Below is what it might look like but it would need to be a pretty long list sortable alphabetically or by device type. Clicking on any device or inventor could reveal further details--thread links, etc. To prevent scammers from fixing the votes, the usernames of all voters should be made available for each device. But it seems this forum software doesn't allow for polls. Ideas anyone? Someone suggested a few months ago creating a dbase of device configurations tested and results obtained. Is there anyway to start a wiki on this site to that effect.. and how many would favor doing so? Again, at least a username would help those wanting to contact or verify info.
