The pressure creates ONLY the force of impact required to break the bonds to hydrogen of water droplets on cold water (wall) but the key to everything always remains the HBE and not the condensation of the steam as people think for obtain the thrust creation. In history there are many examples of HBE, and all lead to the same result. The Giffard Injector, the Hydro-Electric Machine of Lord Armstrong and Faraday, the PDX device they use the Hydrogen Bond Energy. At the end you can build an home hydroelectric generator using compressed wet air (instead of steam) and water similar to PDX device.
