information about STEM a computer simulation program for tidal current calculation

i have heard about the STEM software which can calculate tidal current..i am doing my thesis on hybrid power generation with wind and wave...so i need this software but i have no idea about it and i cannot find it..can anyone help me giving link to download this software and some basic information about it..plz help
