Don't waste your time or money.

He doesn't show what the caps are charged to BEFORE he runs it and makes it look like it has charged those caps up by itself to the levels necessary for it to run like that. SCAM.

There is a thread at Activity Stream - Energy Science Forum that I saw with an unhappy customer but can't find it right now.

I've followed this guy for some time and there is NO scam there IMO. He's not claiming a lot in most videos but shows some very good evidence with excellent builds. He is now selling kits (expensive) for some of these builds and I did see one person who bought one say some parts were not quite right but he was able to get by that. So yes he is making some money on his work now but appears to be a sincere researcher. No reason to call this a scam IMO.
