I am trying to teach myself Dollard's material, as well as some other related topics. I have been working on this for a couple of years. However, there are almost no materials online that give a clear explanation of Negative Conductance/Negative Conductivity.

Is there anyone here who has a proper understanding?

I have assumed that it is when an increase in voltage results in a decreased current across a port...inverse of negative resistance. However, I cannot find that written anywhere online. Is this correct?

Just spend time with it. Here is an excellent reference site made by a friend.
