the engine, and seen a improvment in engine power and fuel consumption.

Long and the short, I have little idea how it works, but they are a smart bunch of fellows and have done a good deal of work and investigating towards this device.

Interesting combo (Joe Cell and Orgonite). I remember some of the Yahoo Joe Cell2 group members getting improved mileage by having the Joe Cell close to the radiator (but not too close to the EFIE). Another member kept one beside his AC unit that sat outside his house in Texas. He claimed that he got better cooling with greater efficiency that way. Makes sense to me that by combining the two, you should have some noticeable improvement. However, the JC doesn't function in cold weather. With winter coming on, the unit's effects probably won't be as good as in the warmer months, at least here in Canuckistan.

check out thier web site, Though one of thier group started with a pure joes cell, they have progessed to a differant set up.

I do not think thier presant unit uses water inside the unit at all.

But hard to tell, they are very hush hush about the details of how it works.

Has anybody tried one ?
Does anybody personaly know people in that group ?
