any hanging object with a string will rotate around its vertical axis either clockwise or counterclockwise according to the place where it is , i.e south or north the equator , and that without the help of wind or other kind of forces, although saying such thing will be a crazy idea, however the spinning is little and not easily noticeable, but everyone can do an experiment of a hanging object by a string either in a physical lap or just take a string and hang any mass of metal and it will rotate(the string should not be that sort which will instantly make potential like plastic. cotton or nylon strings will be perfect) , the object starts to accelerate which means something is pushing it , the proof is that when I did the experiment the object rotated counterclockwise each time (because I live in Sudan , north the equator), and moreover the rotation could lift 1 cc of water 2 cm height for about 30 seconds! and it stops because the string will twist soon or later , so longer strings will give longer periods of time. there may be many of explanations for this phenomena , but in my opinion the rotation of the earth around its axis is the reason for that phenomena.
to benefit from such energy I designed a device I call (the mechanical cell) each cell is a four kilogram mass hung by long string 10 meters or longer, to rotate and to lift 1cc of water 15 cm height , using many of such cells we could create flood of water to generate electricity.
