I saw this one a year or so ago at least. It does look quite interesting. I wrote to the guy (and I believe I included a Russian translation of my message) but never got a reply. Might try again. I think it would be good to follow up on this one by possibly contacting some of the Russian members of overunity.com and asking them to contact him for info. If we are lucky someone might even be close enough to the guy to make a visit.

Oh and don't worry about the noise Duncan. A simple plywood enclosure with unfaced R-30 insulation on the inside can quiet almost anything to a whisper. I figure about $20 to $30 worth of materials would take care of any noise issues

do you have a list of legitimate ones?

this one is has very little information about what it is and/or does. They do ask for money, though, and you can pay it all up front before ever seeing any proof they are legit. How lucky!

Like any of theses things it could be an elaborate scam. The oppositions good .. very good they wouldn't have held the lid down for better than 130 years if they weren’t.
