Shocking news out of spain!!!

I think of it as being kind of like a house, if we keep very vigilant and keep
cleaning all the time we probably do not need to "spring clean" the house, but if
we get a bit slack and allow the dust, dirt and stuff to build up, then eventually
the house will be uninhabitable until it is cleaned. Nothing wrong with the house
it is the apathy of the inhabitants that causes a need for an emergency house
clean due to untenable situation of infestation or just neglect to keep clean.

I am a bit of the latter because I have no one to complain at me, but I still need
to get serious and clean house every now and then. There are merits and flaws
to both systems of cleaning house.

Cleaning house every day hides the sources of dirt and scum somewhat, allowing
it to build up shows a clear picture of what needs particular attention in order to
be able to do less cleaning in the future.

If the house is never cleaned then eventually it will be uninhabitable.

We have to clean our own house, unless we pay someone to do it for us.

Some would say the best way to clean parliament house would be with
Madame Guillotine. Not my personal opinion but many do hold it. I would prefer
they were made to do some real work to produce something of use.

There may be times when a house infested with certain diseases might need
to be burned down for the greater good.

Governance.




Spain has an elected Senate and Congress which can pass laws and change their constitution. The people of spain are the government. Why exactly does that "irk" you?

I am British but devoted 24 years of my life here (working). The system is wrong because a democratic government is not a government that has controlling votes (more than 50%), that becomes a dictatorship, nothing more and nothing less. To be correct an in power government should have no more than 49% voting right with the balance made up of at least two other parties, that would be a democratic party, one that gives the broader spectrum of the wishes of the people of that country, THE SYSTEM IS PLAIN WRONG AND SHOULD BE CHANGED

I could go on and on, it just makes me sick to see over 5 million men, women and children with no roof over their head and no food, and nearly 6 million without work (which is really much much more, just not in the government statistics) in a population total of 45 million.

It is the whole representation system which is wrong.
The people IS NOT the government, it has never been from the last republic back to 1936.
This is our legacy from 40 years of dictatorship, and its strong influence at the time of writing the present constitution.
The two main party are totally reluctant to change it as it has allowed them to govern from the beginning, and suck the country wealth for themselves and their banker friends.
Nothing will be changed if we are not brave enough to change this obsolete constitution.
The consciousness level of "we the people" is quickly growing up. It will reach sooner than later the critical mass.

corruption is the problem all over the world, it is like the sales pyramid (pyramid selling), the most corrupt are the most wealthy at the top, they are sick, I really mean that, or they would not continue to obtain more and more money, for what? they can have the best of everything the world can give for a fraction of what they have. It is corruption to gain power, power is their drug, their heroin, and they will and have killed to get it.

I am so angry at the moment that I frighten myself as to what I might do.
