      oh

Now that video makes you scratch your head!

See this Video as well Duncan:

Quantum Waves visualized in 3D - YouTube

Look around 3:04 for my reasoning on the "angus effect"

Its a great short video on quantum waves structure.

I trust you are well Duncan.

This Tesla 1888 Patent highlighted by member Berg in another thread, had an original write up related to more recent constructions;-

Patent US381970 - Nikola tesla - Google Patents

(Still not managed to get back to 'hands-on' here.)

        Cheers ............. Graham.

          Hi Duncan.

Not heard from you for a while - hope you are okay and healthy ?
This thread of yours had a similar starting basis to Vidbid's here -

I knocked up this rough two phase permanent magnet rotor setup, the motor
has a bearing issue and the rotor I already had is not really appropriate, to get a
more classical sine wave I need to arrange the magnets better, anyway it shows
the effect, producing two outputs phases at 90 degrees apart. I got the parts I
had laying about from other experiments and put it together in a few hours.
The motor is a universal motor from a vacuum cleaner and can be powered with
AC or DC up to 240 volts, although with 40 volts it rotates at over 6000 rpm.
I'm going to use series capacitors and use the two phases to excite the primaries
of another identical but not finished toroid to get a rotating magnetic field in it's
core for an experiment, I've only got one "many turns coil" on the second unfinished converter.
It's just a test setup. It should have a wound rotor on a shaft.

              Materials update

Duncan,I've done some further investigating into maliable core material and if you look up micronized pigments you can find red rust at 0.97 micron size. Further you can derust the iron by emersing it in hydrogen and applying current. I'll keep searching for a safe way to accomplish it.

update part 2. I believe standard electrolysis threads on this forums would be the best practical references for making reduced iron.

                  Links, Links, evereybody loves links!

Rust Removal Using Electrolysis can be generally helpful.
                  Iron back to the basics.
Iron Powder buying it may be easy but it aint cheap.
http://qmp-powders.com/rtecontent/do...6/EER_CG96.pdf Dope is GOOD! Well it looks like doping a powder core to keep electrical resistance high is necessary to keep hysteresis loss to a minimum at higher frequency.
Magnetic Properties of Solids undoped iron powder sorta sucks.
How Ferrite Magnets are made actual rust used in sintering ferrite magnets, so we are on the right track.

PS from what I've scoured from the net so far, it appears fe2o3 isn't considered a conductor. Keep in mind this is what I read on the net.

Well I hope this is useful in crafting your cores.
