This appears to be a fairly simple design. He was able to obtain a patent in 2002 (us patent 6,404,089). It resembles Searl's early work with a flat segmented disc. Has anyone read his book (Star Drive Engineering) that describes how to make one. I have only been able to find one on Amazon and they want $1800 (out of my budget) for it. Mark Tomion died in 2009 of a heart attack. There is little information as to who the technology belongs to now or what sort of progress has been made since 2002.
