What do Keshe's words mean?

I am quite taken by Keshe. He has a nice even confident delivery when I watch and listen to him in some of his various videos. I signed up on his list and read through his forum. He sounds reasonable and makes quite a few claims. In his use of scientific terminology, however, he has his own usage for some words. He is quite confident that he understands how his machines work. Also, he seems quite open and willing to explain the theory and operation of his inventions. However, I don't believe he will turn out to be the one that delivers free energy to the people. He is more focused on governments and powerful countries and people. The more people that get sucked into reading and researching his work, the less time they will have to produce the devices that will actually do the job. All that being said, if you find something useful in this USB stick, feel free to share it. My opinion is you would be better served to read the works of John Bedini and Eric Dollard. They are certainly not FAILs the way they were portrayed earlier in this thread.

Already the "A1" at the end designates them as applications, and not granted patents. A patent application is something fundamentally different than a patent, and designating a patent application as a patent can -- depending on the circumstances (I am not referring to our discussion here) -- even have legal ramifications.

Keshe stopped paying the fees to uphold the patent applications after the assessment of the patent examiners of the European Patent Office made it obvious that the application hadn’t the slightest chance to be approved. Patent applications that are not paid for anymore automatically get the status “deemed to be withdrawn”.

You can verify this yourself at the website of the European Patent Office: https://register.epo.org/espacenet/s...rt&query=Keshe (the entire correspondence is respectively available under “All documents”). This is a different link than the one Keshe usually provides (the one that you provided above). It allows (contrary to the latter) direct access to the legal status, the event history, and the entire correspondence concerning the applications.

The same applies to all other of Keshe's patent applications. Therefore: Keshe doesn't have and never had any patent.

seeing that patent [approved or otherwise ] I have learned recently that plasma in the presence of a magnetic field makes things happen,and it is very very simple .

so yes I personally believe that Keshe has something interesting to share ,however the world does not spin around Keshe and this knowledge will move forward with or without him.

Your ignorance mixed up with such pathetic obsession to criticize, diminish, destroy an excellent work, just in order to establish your own personal and wrong point...really amazes me.

I know exactly that "A1" means a Patent application on its early stage, it must go through a Bureaucratic Process of A1, A2. A3 and the "B" at the end of EP Number is when the "Uniformed Examiners" finally decide to Grant it after collecting enough Legal Tender Notes from the Inventor.

1-A Patent "Examination"(Application) and Approval (Granting) Process not reaching its "Final Destination" does NOT MEAN AT ALL that the Technological Disclosure is wrong or contains ANY Wrong Scientific Statements nor Data (Read this two times)...IT MEANS that the "LEGALLY ESTABLISHED WAY" that it has been written could have something wrong, and that could extend to "a wrong angled line shadow on an Isometric Graphic" ...Or, the "Recitation" of one of its claims did not utilized the proper LEGAL WORDINGS. IF ANY part of it, is "LEGALLY" wrong according to established patterns, Examiners write an Objection (Office Action or other name, trying to intimidate legally the applicant), then a response must be written within a limited time or else it will get into an "ATTEMPT TO WITHDRAW"...Wow!...am already impressed by its name...LOL .

2- (Please read four times) PRIMARILY a Patent Process (From Application to Granting), NOT as it enters the Examiner's Office, BUT, as soon as it is certified on a Federal Mail...IT IS LEGALLY USABLE TO BE ABLE TO MARKET IT, Meaning, Selling it or Trading it's Product/Goods in ANY FORM, through a "Legal Label" called "PATENT PENDING"...Obviously You did not know this fact.

The FACT that DR Keshe did not keep paying for the requested Bureaucratic Fees, and this caused a "probable withdrawn patent process"...does NOT MEANS that its Scientific Concepts were wrong, or a failure... or whatever your small, little brain could try (hardly) to process to make your point.

LISTEN , You could even have a GRANTED PATENT...Approved...and IF You do not pay the "MAINTENANCE FEES"...Patent gets automatically withdrawn from Publication to an "Abandoned Status"...Then Your small Brain could also state that it was "due to Inventor finding it was not worth to keep it on the Official Gazette...maybe because He realized it did not work?!

While you are out collecting more stones I would like to remind you that in this House [free energy] patents are not a very good tool to measure with.......seeing the very obvious disparity in "quality control"between the different patent offices ,perhaps Keshe should have shown up with some donuts and coffee with His application "
