I am using very powerful 12 neodymium magnets (3"X1"X0.5")
what is the best copper coil size ratio for optimal Power generation ?
what is the best copper coil guage ?
what is proper distance between magnet and coil?
what is best inner diameter for copper coil? and it should be empty or can i use any iron ?
Best number of windings ? or maximum can i use if rotar runs at 600RPM

1- for a 12 mag rotor, they specify a 12 inch diameter rotor. The stator is 9 coils equaly spaced around a diameter of 15 inches.

2- depends on voltage / amps desired at your output. See above link

3- as close as you can without mechanically touching (plus some for thermal movement).

4- same size as the magnet

5- Iron will cog badly and also heat up. Best to use air core unless your trying to do a Muller / Adams / Romero design.

I don't know whether you have used these before; I'll assume for your sake, and maybe for others watching, that you haven't.

They will be terrific magnets but are VICIOUS. They'll have a chunk of your finger off if you give them half a chance. Treat with fear and respect.

Yes I found some "page not found errors" in the main body links. However, if you use the menu sidebar links to the left of the page they work, and will get you to a lot of pretty good info.
