It seems to me this one has been spammed on purpose by people who just talk about a bunch of unrelated things and who's purpose it is to just fill these pages up with longwinded posts instead of keeping it clean, maybe with the intention of scaring Jim Murray away from this thread, right?!
I think some people are posting things that they believe to be related, but you could start a SERPS replication only thread for a more focused approach. One thing is for sure this it not a system that can easily be thrown together without incurring cost, so I would imagine there may only be 3 or 4 of us that are actually building hardware across all the forums at this time.
Some comment from Jim Murray would always be welcome but I doubt we can expect practical assistance with circuits etc, Paul and Jim have their own designs they are working on.
If they intended to assist with replications, they would have shown their demo circuit in the presentation and shown scope shots with the voltage waveform overlaid on the current pulses.
That said I have no problem with people raising development money through presentations, videos etc, as without money nothing gets done.
With a thermal sensor on both an input and output heating element, this would produce a two thousand degrees increase at the output while still safely powering a 120v night light at the input. If it would seem to capture ambient energy, in the air would be present a cold energy effect. Magnetic singularity, zero point resonance generator, materializing capital with extra electrons dissipated through heat. Fermentation of capacitive energy in a reactor pool with the load current pulling out of phase energy.
The reactive medium itself has to lose energy when electronic force is used up and then be filled again, and hopefully not from the infrared radiation emitting from the heat being dissipated in the load element, instilling the ultimate question in this case of precisely how computerizing the load could possibly even be understandable without a computer to figure its resonance out. With this frequency might be generated a feedback loop and repel the fabric of spacetime into itself about the filament? zolgar

Quite interesting to see a transformer deliver those kind of numbers. I would bet with some good switching this device could do even better.
I posted this because Bill mentions Jim Murray by name in the video.
You may notice some of the comments on YouTube, suggesting Bill took improper measurements. For those folks, I suspect since Bill took the same measurements of a standard transformer and got standard results, the TriCore measurements somehow magically got inflated.
