Part list for the 4 battery Tesla Switch

Can anyone give me the part list for the Tesla Switch(4 battery)?
What is the power output(approximately) of the Tesla Switch?
What should be the opto-isolator?
What resistance should a resistor in this circuit have?

You need to do a search for a thread on this forum called "Use for the Tesla switch". It is several pages long and covers many different configurations of the Tesla switch. I don't remember any of them using a resistor as part of the switch unless it would be in the control circuit of some of them.
