The problem with those methods of teleportation is they rely entirely on things that have never been proven to exist & that nobody knows how to make. Subatomic particles i.e. electons protons neutrons, light, and even molecules can "tunnel" through a barrier. The time spent inside that barrier is zero. It is effectively teleported.
