Reasonably so, but why on earth would you imagine that it might give out more energy than is put into it?

You have invented a "Spinning Thing".

Hi, I am adding a pulse motor to drive the unbalanced lever. Any suggestion greatly appreciated.

Avalanche Drive by Murilo Luciano of Brazil

Murilo Luciano of Brazil, has devised a very clever, gravity-operated power device which he has named the “Avalanche Drive.”
According to the article, the above design can't be patented because its inventor, Murilo Luciano, gifted it royalty-free to the people of the world, and according to the article, anybody can make it.

Luciano mentions static load but the system is in motion.

All these people have to do is to take their equipment to the Department of Mech ENG of their local university for testing and a report. They'll probably oblige.

                Shifted Overbalanced Levers

                Shifted Levers video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8TniRMwL2Vg
The combination of two triple levers (black) with one shifted lower, creates a significant overbalancing effect on the left. The model was built to illustrate the original idea that is taken from: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=srBbJSzaqOg
