Resonant Transformer ( Tesla style ) interesting patent

This patent seems to be rolling several Tesla devices in to one.

Its an interesting patent, it does not indicate a specific use but could be used in many ways.

To me the offset of one of the coils, not being 90 degrees to the other two that are 180 degrees to each other is significant. Match this to the effect of the air gap and we could have interesting effects.

The second thing is the air gap itself. Obviously we can alter the size of the gap but we can also put other things in the gap to influence the operation, create an output or both.

Patents often do not show what is intended as a use by the person that applies for it, as a method if hiding its true purpose.

It could be just a patent about the effect of an air gap on three specifically placed coils or it could be a part of a more sophisticated device. I suspect the latter.

If you used Pulsed DC as the input it would also be interesting.
