  • Beginner in the ether

    Greetings,

I have recently only come across writings on science, the ether, etc... and I find eric dollard quite complicated.

Plus it is very hard to learn about the aether since there are many different definitions and interpretations.

For example, I just read now that the luminiferous ether was a means of propagation for undulations of which light consisted, and did not interfere with the motions of the planets. How so that it is just related to light, since the ether is supposed to be the 'substratum' of all existence?

And much more other confusing definitions. And plus there is the mystical and theosophical side where 'etheric' is thrown around in a completely different way.

I was wondering if someone could tell me what the hell ether truly is and what books should a beginner read? I'm pretty clueless about science. I just recently started reading seriously on the topic, like 1 year ago or so. I already read The Universal One by russell.

nobody (apparently) is intelligent enough to simplify the Ether.

It is simple, its pure potential, pure inertia, its Non-Euclidean "point" geometry from which all phenomena (Euclidean) geometry is manifest.

    its just inertia, / potential

THEN comes the obvious question "how does the Ether "tap itself" , or why does the "Ether leak" , or the metaphysical question as to Prima Causa (first cause)

or "why is there ANYTHING at all?? (as opposed to nothing at all).

The answer is very simple and the Greeks figured it, but explaining it is very complicated, it follows the golden ratio, and a formula I discovered which is 1/Phi^-3

As for books on the Ether, i have them ALL, which do you want?? most of them stink

heres a book on the Ether I uploaded, free download:

Thanks, you have been of help.

Turns out ive been preparing for a more explicit ether revelation since many books talk about the ether without mentioning the name.

For example a book that influenced my thinking, but I never finished it, is My Big TOE. For beginners, it is good.

It doesnt mention ether as far as I read, but it is about AUO - Absolute Unbounded Oneness, that ends up becoming AUM - Absolute Unbounded Manifold. The book also tries to explain the why and the how of how this ends up becoming our reality, and it says that in NPMR - Non Physical Matter Reality there are all kinds of worlds with different rule sets than ours. (NOT the same as many-worlds interpretation in which a paralell world is generated all the time, rather interpenetrating different realities). And he stresses that it's all a simulation.

I've always loved to read that it is all a simulation, virtual reality, holographic projection, etc... but one must be cautious with such ideas that are too far out. however, it's what does it for me.

If you want to start to study ether, my own suggestion is to start with Occult Chemistry. And if you want to go deeper in history, even beyond the Greek's ether, would be great if you will read the Indian vedas. Tesla was well aware of the vedic ether as you can read from these:
“All perceptible matter comes from a primary substance, or tenuity beyond conception, filling all space, the akasha or luminiferous ether, which is acted upon by the life giving Prana or creative force, calling into existence, in never-ending cycles all things and phenomena.”- Nikola Tesla, Man’s Greatest Achievement, 1907

And as a rule of thumb, you have to ask from where get these knowledge the ancient Indians? And continuing on this path will close a bit about the understanding of what was still called ether at the beginning of last century.

Anyway, be prepared to waste some couple of years in studying and understanding the ether. The understanding will not come overnight and not form one single book. Because the ether is not something apart from you, something external to you, to define it and use it as are defined different forces, fields and other such human concepts, in the current mechanical, circular and closed way of thinking.

PS. If you don't have a scribd account I can help to get the book suggested by Ken. Or if you want I can send a list of books about ether that I have and if you some of them I'll send gladly to you.

Sorry for this delayed response. Here is the partial list of books and articles about ether that I managed to order until now. In time I'll add to this list new items as I'll be able to make order on the HDD.

The ether of Aristotle to be well comprehend, it have to be studied and understood in the absence of concept of space and the man as something apart and separate from it, but it has to be studied and understood in the presence of an all pervading substance, called ether, and from which man is an intrinsic manifesting part, and not at all separate from it. Here is the main art of understanding his theory and not only!

I would like to have access to information sources used by Aristotle when he formulated his theory of ether. What amazing times! The same book scanned by Ken, just a bit prepared by me:

                    -= 1988 =-
                    -= Christian Wildberg =-
-= John Philoponus' Criticism of Aristotle's Theory of Aether =-
