I came across this article after doing a search in Google News for overunity generator. I must say that I have never seen this report on this device and thought it was noteworthy.

To date, I have been unable to locate any video regarding this type of device. However, I did locate several patents for the device.

A power generating system includes a torque converter system receiving a rotational motion having a first torque from a source and producing a rotational output having a second torque different from the first torque, a transfer system having a first portion coupled to the rotational output of the torque converter system and a second portion magnetically coupled to the first portion, and a generator system coupled to the transfer system to produce and electrical output.

Magnetic Energy Systems ("MES") has harnessed the power of permanent magnets to produce and transfer energy at a higher level of efficiency than ever before recorded. These facts have been confirmed by the Wyle Laboratories, Inc., one of the nation's leading independent testing laboratories.

This 'discovery' has taken our founder and inventor, Richard ("Rich") Wise, more than 30 years to accomplish. Our Magnetic Energy Multiplier ("MEM") and Magnetic Energy Generator ("MEG") generator were in development well before the current global energy and climate crisis became daily news.

The essence of this technology is the creation (and multiplication) of torque caused by the compression and decompression of opposing magnetic fields. Magnets with unique characteristics are located in a patented array within rotating disks. As the disks rotate in opposition to each other but separated by air, magnetic fields interact to create a transfer of torque across the air gap. The result, which has no precedent, includes:

The torque output is greater than the torque input
The disks interact with each other such that there is a gearing effect, in that the rate of rotation of one disk is in multiples of the other, without loss of torque. This ratio of rotation, combined with the torque transfer, creates a friction free, heat free and vibration free gearing system. This 'gearless drive' operates without friction, heat, noise or vibration, and without lubrication. Tests of our products were completed by Wyle Laboratories, Inc., a leading third party provider of scientific testing and analysis and concluded:
Testing resulted in multiple verifiable runs at efficiencies ranging from 107.2 to 118.1 percent
This conclusively demonstrates that the MES Generator produced more energy than used. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first known scientifically documented instance of such a phenomenon.
This result is a unique achievement in that Wyle Laboratories' personnel have never seen 100 percent efficiency in energy transfer in any electromechanical system.
These observations were consistent with MES's claim that the driving force behind the power is actually a “magnetic chain reaction."

The Company's plan is to raise $500,000 to complete patents and copyrights, complete the full integration of the "MEP" and "MEG" into a self-looping energy production system that will present to the world a new form of energy production and then to partner with various leading Original Equipment Manufacturers ("OEM"s) best suited to refine and market the broad range of potential commercial applications. In essence, MES intends to be the intellectual property 'engine' of a new generation of power and efficiency applications in much the same manner as Intel has become the 'engine' of most of the world's personal and network computers.

Hi all, I had a magnet wheel that would drive another that had generating coils around it, but as soon as you loaded the coils it caused the link between the two to be broken.

I believe the main difference between that and what the patent abstract describes is a production of a rotational output having a second torque different from the first torque.

I was not here for few years,
