Benzene-Steam Engine

Could some one explain this to me. I was reading Rex Research and this article said if you didn't understand it than ask a friend who can. Now I think I understand two liquids with different boiling points create a circular motion one cooling the other, but I dont understand how they get the power out of this action. Is there a turbine inside or something?

The short answer is that it allows for the creation of a heat engine with efficiencies ABOVE the Carnot Cycle maximums.
