Keep away from the Aliens!

This really doesn't belong on an energy forum, but it was so interesting I just had to post it SOMEWHERE. Why do we need laws on the books in this country prohibiting us from contact with aliens and allowing the government to inprison us without due process for contact with aliens if aliens do not exist. Just a thought...

On 5 October 1982, Dr. Brian T. Clifford of the Pentagon announced at a press conference (The Star, New York, 5 October 1982) that contact between U.S. citizens and extra-terrestrials or their vehicles is strictly illegal. According to a law already on the books (Title 14, Section 1211 of the Code of Federal Regulations, adopted on 16 July 1969, before the Apollo moon shots), anyone guilty of such contact automatically becomes a wanted criminal to be jailed for one year and fined U.S. $5,000. The NASA administrator is empowered to determine, with or without a hearing, that a person or object has been "extra-teirestrially exposed" and impose an indeterminate quarantine under armed guard, which could not be broken even by court order. There is no limit placed on the number of individuals who could thus be arbitrarily quarantined. The definition of "extra-terrestrial exposure" is left entirely up to the NASA administrator, who is thus endowed with total dictatorial powers to be exercised at his slightest caprice, which is completely contrary to the Constitution.

I guess one of the solutions to the problem is insist you're not a US Citizen but one of the 'People' under your Constitution. Which I though was supposed to elevate you above government.

It is intriguing that locking someone up for this paints a government in denial further in to the corner...

And I particularly like the idea that in the event of alien contact, that you'd have a choice about it.

When I was in high school I lived a few miles from the Marine Bombing range in Yuma, AZ. They would take old vehicles out there and use them for targets to dive on and shoot to pieces, as well as drop bombs on. At night they would drop flares by parachute to illuminate the targets.

Parachutes and hardware, as well as unexploded bombs were just too big a draw to idiot kids, so I spent a lot of time camping on sand dunes just outside the wire, waiting for my chance to sneak in. Old radios, entire engines, parachutes and unexploded bombs were my reward. I was very familiar with the speeds the aircraft traveled as I spent hundreds of hours watching them. One night I saw a lighted aircraft in the distance travel from as far as I could see in one direction to as far as I could see in the other direction in the blink of an eye, soundlessly, and quite low to the ground. It is the only UFO I have ever seen, and I have Mulder's "I Want To Believe" poster on my wall. I'm not sure I believe, but I certainly have an open mind on the subject. How could I not after seeing what I saw?

On another note, the longest unmanned flight of a private plane in history took place in Yuma near that same base. A guy at the local airport was outside his plane which he had already started and a gust of wind came along and lifted it over the blocks. It took off without a pilot and circled over the city of Yuma until it ran out if gas. It eventually crashed near my house, which was 20 miles out of town. By the time the FAA investigators got there that plane had been stripped of seats, instruments, you name it...by the kids who lived in my neighborhood. You can look that one up. It's on the books.

In that dvd, you get to see footage that was (of course) bypassed by mainstream media. The female doctor captured the lights that I had in my back yard of my lake house in Texas for ten days out of fourteen.

The DVD also gives the true account of the events that occurred in the skies over Washington DC in 1952.

That DVD will not make you a believer, but a know-er.

There is something frighteningly wrong with the American people right now. A mysterious fog has settled down over people's minds. Something beyond run-of-the-mill human apathy has overtaken this society. People have lost something so fundamental to human life that we can hardly believe it, even though we see its effects constantly. We can describe what we see, but we can barely grapple with the meaning of it. This is something new under the sun, and it is very strange. But it is real, and we know it. It has taken a long time to entirely sever so many human beings from their own consciences. It has taken decades of slow, careful, deliberate numbing on many fronts. To send most of a nation into a kind of life-long sleeping sickness of the mind has required methodical planning, and the enthusiastic cooperation of the people themselves. This peculiar condition of mass entrancement we are grappling with now was no accident.
A hundred years ago it would not have been possible to radically alter the sky itself right under the noses of the public without them noticing. A dear friend of mine (25yrs old) had a saucer hover just above the tree tops in his

yard with what he said were blinking lights all around the outside. He told

people and nobody has arrested him yet

In the 60's my two brothers and MOM watched a bright craft appeared

to be traveling at very high speeds in one direction for about 20 minutes

just vanish in a blink of our eye. It just looked like a light.

The large cigar shaped craft was spotted by a fellow worker one night. We had gone out on the yard to get some more materials to fabricate when he suddenly stopped dead in his tracks. Without saying a word, he pointed toward the sky. Then all of a sudden I was alone. The other guys had vanished. I, being to curious just stood and watched. One guy came back out and proclaimed it being a helicopter checking the power lines, but I asked why it made no sound and he left immediately. It was flying low over a large power line from a substation feeding the industrial park in which I worked. I watched it hover and turn slightly to the west as it proceeded down the power lines. I had hears before that possibly they could extract energy from power lines to replenish theirs, but never had given it much thought. It was no more than 50 yards away from where I stood. This thing was larger than any aircraft I have ever seen, as large as a football field and as wide. It suddenly took off at a blinding speed, I have not seen any dragster move that fast. What should be convincing to most people is the fact that the Governor, after leaving office, freely admits that he personally saw the larger ship that cruised across the state that evening.

Someone once noted that where you find a vortex, you will also find an Indian reservation and the military.

South Mountain, where the phenomena appeared the most is connected to Estrella Mountains which translates loosely to Star Gate from the Natives who live few miles away. The valley between the mountains there is the Barry Goldwater Bombing Range. Coincidence? I don't think so.

Our ancestors?

This idea has been bouncing around my head for some time. What if the so called extra-terrestrials are our ancestors?

Our current civilization if 20,000 to 40,000 years old depending on who you ask. Yet there are clearly manufactured stone structures around the planet older than that.

The earth's magnetic field reverses every 400 thousand to 1.2 million years and can be relatively fast (10's or 100's of years) or slow (1,000's of years). During the magnetic reversal the earth's magnetic field gets very distorted and possibly fragmented such that there are multiple north and south poles. During this time the magnetic field is weakened so the protection from the solar wind is reduced. Should any of these multiple poles be perpendicular to the sun's magnetic poles instead of the parallel magnetic poles we enjoy now, those perpendicular poles could be pointing directly at the sun and would, in that case, be drawing the solar wind down to the planet's surface as occurs now to produce auroral lights. But they would would be much stronger because they would, in effect, be pointed right at the sun rather than being on the cusps. That would literally scorch regions of the surface and possibly melt all ice on the planet. That would destroy a lot, if not all, of life on the planet, any surviving life being either in caves or very deep in the oceans.

Suppose there was a human civilization before ours that lasted for a million years or so. Knowing what we know now after 0.020 or 0.040 million years of development and the rate of gaining knowledge evidenced in the last 200 years, it would not be unreasonable for a 1.000 million year old civilization to develop travel at light speed, or nearly so. Now suppose they took off for a jaunt of say 10 or 50 years or so at nearly light speed and 100,000 years passed on the earth. Suppose a magnetic pole reversal occurred that wiped out nearly all of the life on earth while they were away and what we see today is that remainder of civilization rebuilding itself.

Then the "extra-terrestrials" might not be extra-terrestrial at all, but our ancestors evolved even further. They are us and we are them. They drop in once in a while, look around, shake their heads sadly, and head out again saying, "We really came from THAT?" And while they're here they plant a little knowledge and possibly do a little genetic manipulation before taking off.

As for Roswell, well, **** happens.

On the other hand, they may have originated in another galaxy and we might just be their liver farm for their pate de foie gras and they don't want to harvest too much at once because it would drive the price down.

BTW, I LOVE pate de foie gras. I don't, however, want to be it.

If you are aware of CSETI (Sirius Disclosure |) and Dr. Greer you know he fully believes that Alien contact is being denied/covered up because if it was admitted by governments the first thing people would want to know is what energy source is being used to get alien craft to Earth - an obvious very powerful energy source. Note that I am currently being blocked from cseti.org and the siriusdisclosure.com and all sites related to CSETI and I must use a Proxy to view them. Being in the U.S. I find this very odd. Anyone else have trouble getting to these sites? Google "CSETI" and you'll find a lot of sites talking about CSETI but I think cseti.org and siriusdisclosure.com and new.cseti.org (this last one is confirmed down at this time by Is It Down Right Now? Website Down or Not? but the rest are up) are the main sites of Dr. Greer and his CSETI organization. There are some very good youtubes from them -- including the one where they interview dozens of former military, intelligence and Area 51 personnel and so on that have had direct contact with aliens.
