Since my first comment here about the video, I have flown to Arizona four times, loaded 21 foot U-hauls, driven those U-hauls back (over 700 miles each time) loaded with my mom's stuff to California and unloaded them myself. I moved her from Arizona to California. I loaded and unloaded every truck by myself. She is now moved in. I have also gone on a two week vacation to Australia.
I am back now, and wondering if Graham has been able to get anything done toward this project since his cross-town move. It isn't just that time is slipping by, it is that the initial quality control on this video allowed it to be sold when it did NOT do what the advertisement SAID it would do.
I was disappointed in the initial product, but willing to let that slide when it appeared there would be some adjustments made. But instead of waiting until the product could be fixed, it continues to be offered for sale.
And there hasn't been an update of progress toward anything in almost a month. When a customer is not happy with a product because it doesn't deliver AS PROMISED, you guys have a responsibility to keep us AT LEAST updated on WHY it is taking so long. I didn't ask for a refund. I just HOPED you would keep your word and deliver
Aaron, I know you have NO CONTROL over when Graham has the time to give you the material to give to us, but you COULD do better about updating us as to what is going on.
I know I am being a pain in the ass, but I am a little frustrated here. We are ALL busy with our lives, but just because we are busy isn't an excuse to not meet obligations or commitments. That's what being in business means. And there is nothing worse in business than blaming someone else. Been there. Done that.
Sorry to be so blunt, but I DID wait a month. I don't need more excuses. I need results.
