Lets come up with plan and build it for sh!ts and giggles... Anybody?
If you need custom parts I can help.

This may be useful... I did use an old computer monitor for a lifter as this guy does... Here is the link.

Matt and Orion getting together? Next thing you know, someone will discover free energy! LOL.

I will work to get my 3d printer up and running the next couple days. Matt and I have the same one, so if we have a file we can both make the same parts.

I think the easiest build of this motor would be a large piece of the green pvc pipe. You get two end caps and drill them out for a threaded rod to go through into bearings on an end piece you cut out of wood or plastic. Then put your foil inside it and attach hacksaw blades to the end frame. I would use a small "I" bolt that will allow the circle part to go through the small hole in the blade, and you take the slack out by tightening it to the end piece with a nut or two. One on each side of the end piece.

It would be great to have a high voltage source to run this, but the idea is to run it off the electrostatic generator....either the OUTPUT of the generator, or possibly just the FIELD created by the generator in operation, much as Laserhacker ran HIS off the output of the Van de Graaff generator.

ok, now I think we need to build a radial dirod generator with small mag bearings. that supplies both positive and negative voltage so you get both push and pull.

so many ideas so little time

Here is a link you guys might find interesting in relation to what you are working on. Read the description about 1/2 down the page about how they now suspect the Testatika machine might work.

I wonder if you could run this off of a zamboni pile. Would be a PITA to put together but also cheap n simple
