Alleged dynamo-electric perpetua mobilia

Did you know that there is a WIPO International classification for Alleged dynamo-electric perpetua mobilia? On top of that, it is searchable and contains 2,608 patent applications!

I found this out because I ran into an interesting german patent application.
They must really hate this one because if you try to download the PDF at freepatentsonline you get a totally different application pertaining to a guitar.

If you go to patents.google.com and search this exactly just like this: "Force Field Machine", you can get the German, Chinese, and Japanese versions and their translations. Quite hard to understand and extremely long.

I downloaded a couple of the PDF's and the translation does not download and the application seems to be over 300 page long!!!

Like nothing I've ever seen. I found a couple of interesting tidbits in there but I simply don't have the time to go through the whole thing. I wish the translations were better.

So would you be a bit more specific on either some actual patent application numbers or some other info I may check too? The german patent application of 300 page long (if that is which is as long as that) would also be fine to know.

The correct search term under patents.google.com is "Field Force Machine".

Click that link and will give you the first three entries being the German (WO) , EP, and Chinese (CN) translated versions.

Thanks for the correction I found those patent applications.
On freepatensonline I received error message "The patent/application WO/2005/020412B1 is not available." when I wanted to download the pdf file. And indeed I got a pdf file of WO 2006/097124 A1 when tried to open WO/2005/020412A1. That patent retriving site is a crap site in this respect, I never used it. It may be good on other fields of course.

However, the EP16776353A1 can be downloaded as the WO 2005/020412A1 so eventually it is not 'hidden' on purpose but by negligence of the site/system administrator...they are probably not aware of this problem.
The CN 101084619 A however is not "known" by freepatensonline.

Normally I use the European Patent Office or google.patents for search and read or download patents/applications.

This site has an online software translator for several languages, available in the vertical Menu column on the left side under Description when you have already retrived a patent or an application and can see its Bibliographic data.

I also find problems in EPO translating process when it attempts to translate the +300 pages. It is true I have never come across such a long application and even 10-20 pages of normal length get translated so far in some seconds. Probably this also depends on the busy hours, during the off hours at nights (in Europe) there may be more success.
I believe the online software translator simply get "hooked" by the +300 pages while translating them... my attempt hooked at 75% of loading translation. I do not think a deliberate 'evil works behind the curtains'.

I noticed that the translator makes less character errors in the English text from the CN101084619 text than from the WO/2005/020412A1 German to English text, probably the OCR text is better in the first case.

Good luck on retriving the translation, it needs patience for sure and several attempts at different times. I probably will not go through the +300 pages...
