These "Spoked Lunar Wheels", pictured below on the left, are taller than the Sears Tower in Chicago! There's a NASA smudged Caterpillar on the right, photographed by the Clementine mission near the Zeeman crater on the dark side, that's twice the size of Manhatten.

Mining heavy elements from the Lunar surface in great quantity may have required balancing with these kinds of gigantic gyroscopic gravity wheels. Thousands of them may be powered by Tritium Fusion Reactors beneath the Lunar surface where they replace the missing mining mass with artificial spin gravity to stabilize the Lunar orbit. They apparently scraped 6 defective or worn out wheels on the surface of the bright side where they were photographed, and can be currently spotted through a $300 telescope:

The Moon may be piloted by Aliens! Our ancestors may have attempted to trim the Earth's orbit correctly enough to steer us away from another "Glacial Ice Age"; They may have actually tried to defeat the marching "Frost Giants" with this kind of collasal climate control project!

Depalma spin gain.

Below are pictures of the contrasting weights of the magnet sphere at 50K R.P.M. on the right, and at rest on the left. One can see that at the highest rate of spin. the weight gain equaled nearly 1/2 an ounce, or 10-15 grams. The 1" magnet sphere weighs around 60 grams, so the percentage of weight increase was around 16%, using the low figure of 10 grams. The scale was reverse leveraged so it reads backwards. Our "Alien Moon Pilots" should be able to balance our twin Planet's departure of mass by speeding their internal, mountain size rotors up; Speeding a 100 million ton rotor up to high R.P.M would equal the removal of over 6 million tons of refined Lunar ore. Naturally these figures would be divided by 6 to adjust for lower Lunar gravity. In addition, the rotors would supply "Inertial Stability" to true up the Lunar orbit, helping to explain it's perfection of exactly one orbit per revoloution that perpetually hides one side. Has the Moon perhaps been powered by this kind of internal deep steam for Milleniums?

The Aliens must be driving asteroids from the Lagrangian points of L-4 and L-5 down onto the Moon's surface for processing coupled with inertial ballancing! This is a much better approach than attempting to mine asteroids in free space!

Below are photographs of "Lithic Spheres" from Costa Rica; We continue to be perplexed by competing theories about the origin, and significance of these micro-precision artifacts:"The largest of these granite spheres measure over 2 m (6.56 feet) in diameter and weighs as much as 15,000 kg (33,069 lbs)."--------1996, John W, Hoopes. "Lunar wheel" bearings perhaps a definite maybe? Tailored to 1/6 Earth's gravity? Rough calculations describe a very close fit.
