concepts can include clues from old historic documents such those from India. The role of quasi-crytals.
magneto-hydrodynamic propulsion and similarities to tesla cone. Useful information when categorized
as prior art of anti-gravity attempts have functional relationships. The mysterious vertical central column later the
horizontal tube TR having three sides total approx 1200 feet. The space warp being the goal.
    Project being an enormous budget.

My first thought too was, is someone looking to build a Vimana. I didn't know they had translated those texts. That looks pretty blue going on violet. Does it need shielding for safety?

So as a footnote for others. Merely saving a web page on the Way Back Time Machine is no certainty that it will remain there. Exhibit A.

Despite numerous saves not a single copy of his work is available any longer. However I was able to recover this link which some may find useful.

The links seem to work as well.

        Some over arching thoughts:
This story told by the late Edgar Fouche of the TR-3B using mercury plasma spun up to relativistic speeds inside a 250K Atmospheric Sphere has puzzled me for quite a while. For one thing I didn't get the sense that Edgar was a liar. I personally spoke to him once on the phone. I think he said what he was told. That being the case, a story told which is disinformation almost has to contain elements from the truth. So I've thought about this often and maybe now there's more to this.

For the Edgar Fouche story to hold water it would need a trick to do it, and I think that if there's truth here it's a truth found in the John St. Clair patents which claim to achieve a lowering of the speed of light. Placing the device (*Sphere) inside a space which significantly altered such things as the speed of light would profoundly change our conventional understanding of what is and what is not possible.

Also, in thinking about light guided plasma I thought I'd post this link as well.

I shouldn't be commenting here because this experiment is beyond me in so many ways. A few years ago a friend of mine was trying to explain to me how a Vimana works Most of what he said went straight over my head, but one thing stuck.

He seemed to think that mercury was chosen as the preferred substance because of it's ability to change it's state very rapidly with a relatively low temperature swing, and that it was changing it's state with every revolution.

So I was wondering if by use of a vortex tube a localized cool spot could be introduced into it's path.

I'm not sure what the outcome of this really means, but I thought it might be relevant enough to throw into the mix.

            Bose-Einstein and Anti-Gravity

this article is very important to apply it to the concept TR-3B is described that when rotating ions at very high speed these are aligned, ordered and in a few words the whole set of ions acts as a single ion
