He says that it requires an 18kw motor to turn the generator. He shows that it makes 55kw but his recommended 350 rpm makes 39kw. At 86 rpm it makes about 6kw. Just wondering if someone has seen this and had any reviews on it?

I looked at the link, maybe i missed it but i didn't see that he said anything at all, his videos don't really explain anything, or maybe i just don't get it.

Yeah, if you go to the actual youtube link he has comments in there, showing voltage and amps and different rpms. He has one video of him spinning it by hand as well. I had emailed him to ask what size motor was needed to run it and he told me 18kw

Debateable on this one.

The output leads of the gen are way too small to be outing 55k from. Even 39K would be a fire waiting to happen. I have a 1K heater that uses that size of wire and it gets hot after a while.
This requires some kind of proof. Not a send me $450 dollars for the kit. and hope for the best.

It is putting out 14.48 amps but 2717 volts, which would allow smaller wire. The $405 is for the 108kw, the 55kw is $136. I was just curious if anyone else had seen it. I mean if it can put out 39kw and only require 18kw to turn it then it would be pretty impressive. He did say that you had to use the flywheel in order to use the 18kw motor. I came across this generator as well as this site just looking for a more efficient generator for backup use and then one thing lead to another and here I am searching alternative options
