If you are referring to the circuit I have added to this post, all I can say is the originator of that circuit has slandered John Bedini and Tesla by putting their names on the same page as this totally useless circuit. This circuit will do absolutely nothing. I read the comments posted about it by people that apparently have no understanding of electronics at all. Sorry, but this is the reason so many people believe the OU crowd are all a bunch of dummies.
If you really think this circuit will work, then build it to see for yourself. If you want an explanation as to why it can't work, I can explain that for you also.
