I've not yet but I have come across 5 people who claim they have.
It is a concern for anyone in this arena who has a working device. -

No but in the last 8 years I have encountered these stories....
I'd love to expand on the stories but not really my place to say. I'm sure someone will chime in and share what they know.
Outside the energy arena I have encountered two people that were directly suppressed for trying to expose wrong doings in the world.
