Hello Sinergicus, Im not sure but I think there is no Antonio Romero english forum.
Its not easy to contact with the invertor, he is engineer and use to be busy, fe generators are his hobby.
The person of the video is an argentinian inventor friend of Antonio.
I also have not too much free time but I'll try to help a little.

Once you have the basic idea they are simple devices, specially the AR-700 is also easy to build:
You have in the inner two coils an space in the middle so when the magnet leaves the first coil and the Lenz effect attract your magnet the next coil is repeling the magnet as it approach---> so the two coils with opposit polarity attract each other and Lenz cogging is attenuated.

I used google translate to understand a little bit more from his design... from my understanding , he mentioned about aluminum cage around his system ; is not clear what purpose have that aluminum cage ( maybe to confusing the lenz force and help rotor to move with easy, I don,t know) ,,,

Anyway for the big system AR 3000 , I used some software to take out the text and put it in google translate to have a clue about what he speaking.... so I remade the document in word with english translation; the translation must be corrected by human to make it better and clear .... for me is not clear why he are using aluminum in his core and why the coils have multiple strands of windings with 2 dimensions for wire 0.3 and 1.2 mm.... with just 1 wire gauge like in normal coils will nor work??? I will upload the document for corrections.. fell free to take it on your computer and modify it directly when you have time .....

this video refers to the model AR500 which is a very different model than the AR3000 (the one you translated).

The AR500 is based in focusing the magnetic flux perpendicular to some (degreased) ball bearings supported by the elongated steel rods which act as te coils cores.
The AR 3000 has some details that make it slightly different of common generators.

-The flat steel ring over the magnets (to supposedly soften the attraction of the magnets passing over the cores)

-The hollow cores +ferrite inside (and its position)

-The simmilar to an "E" steel extension of the coils cores. This shape is related to the solenoids that open-close a washing machine valve. In one of his videos he examines one of those.

In general his main claim is no free energy, but only a higher efficiency due to the lower drag of his machines.

OK, I admit that the info there is quite mixed-up.
there is one model with one 12 magnets rotor +2 x 6 coils stator (only generator, to be jointed to a prime mover.)

and another with 24 magnets rotor + 12 double coils stator.
This one with double coils is a motor generator.

In general, it is stated that all the info is in process, not complete and also the full plans and info (clean), will be delivered later.
