Einstein assumed that IF the speed of light is a constant, THEN e=mc2
after that, others took this to mean that there was some absolute that e=mc2
now the equation itself is not often talked about,
but it seems to assumes some sort of angular momentum of matter.
it is a good idea, but sure not one so foreign that no one else would have come up with it by now.
so,
I ask,
if Einstein thought that gravity was not a force,
did he have all the data ?
what makes him so special that his assumptions turn to fact so fast ?

Is it not enough to know that no one has yet provided any evidence of gas pressure existing without the necessary antecedent of a container for the gas to press upon?
Why do you have to try to understand the shape of that container?
Why?
So, can you employ the scientific method to determine the shape of something?
Natural phenomenon observed: AIR PRESSURE
In order to have gas pressure, the necessary antecedent of a container is required for the gas pressure to press on.
So, you need a container, do you?
What does the container hold?
Air pressure.
In the case of the Earth, is that all the container holds?
No, it holds other things.
Like what?
Land, mountains, lakes, seabed, seas, oceans, etc.
Do we have maps of the Earth that truly define area accurately?
What does the military use?
The need accurate maps for artillery, do they not?
How do they measure the distance from point A to point B on the Earth?
They don't want their projectiles missing their intended targets, do they?
What kind of map does the military use?

My understanding is relative density disequilibrium causes differential force to be applied to an object until relative density equilibrium is achieved.Regards,

I'm not sure if you're referring to the pressure of the liquid or the pressure of the gas.
Aren't Standard Atmospheres (ATM) used for air pressure?
