    Hi Mart,

That's one big bread machine! Expensive, too. Actually, it is not much more than a portable still (distiller) with a pump and nozzle attached. I have an electric distiller that I use at my cottage, and as a matter of fact it is running right now. I bought that at Sears a few years ago. It was about $50 then, and it is a one gallon capacity. Of course I'm making drinking water from lake water, but the same unit could easily be used to distill alcohol. Perhaps I'll make some and try it out in my lawnmower. If that works well enough, I might try running my 50 hp Johnson outboard on it.

Notice they say the product is "not fit for human consumption."

I did some more looking at it it makes 70 Gal a week, which is horrible for some thing that takes 4 days to make anything. The main thing I liked about it is set it and forget it. If the process was automated, I believe this would be much more viable option. The biggest problem I have read is getting the water out of the alcohol, I understand it takes alot of energy to get it to a pure state, I have read that there are things you can add to speed up the process. But 10,000 is too much for 70 gal a week production, considering how much electricity it would use. But to know a company will be shipping this fall is awesome news.

This is totally hands-on manual method, you build it, you make it,
which mean you choose the size of batches ..

            still

i built a valved reflux still which produces ethanol 95% pure with one distillation
energy required to run it is quite high but if you use lower than atmosphear pressure this can be reduced

Those are some good websites. There is so much info on making ethanol, it should be a cinch for anyone that wants to learn to make their own. Although most vehicles don't run well on pure ethanol, by mixing with gasoline they will run very well. Another thing is that ethanol doesn't get the fuel mileage that gasoline gets. Good Luck.
