    Turbine wind generator

    I feel totally ridiculous opening this thread but I guess somebody will have fun with it.
    Yesterday I had to move a boat of mine and when I pulled up the anchor along came this wind generator.
    Little research and this is a very good unit.
    Pulled it apart and the coil seems to be good, continuity between the three leeds and it does not ground out.
    But I have something that I know you guys can make something incredible out of.
    My goal is to be able to charge 6 X 8D batteries with this unit FAST and be able to keep up with my load.
    My load at this time is not known but I guess the max this baby can handle will be good enough for me.
    Shall I just restore her?, or shall we have fun?

      Hi Shellback,

      When you post a message or reply to someone, just click this button:
      and indicate where online the picture is. Another way is to click the MANAGE ATTACHMENTS button way at the bottom when you are typing a message...scroll way down and you'll see it. You can then browse for a pic.

        There are some dip solutions out there that may do the trick on your find!

            My plate is so full with what I have going on.
            Dip solutions is out of my reach and I realize it's only application, I have a time problem.
            I will follow one true suggestion of what must be done to this unit.
            Put it together in exactly that fashion if my budget allow.
            Bear in mind re-inventing the wheel is not what I have in mind.
            All results will be posted here.
            If all work well, I will help with all whom else is willing to produce one or more.
            For every one who my need one or more, at cost.
            We have senior people here who have better insight to this, I found a object way too cool to go fill a hole where a tree can grow
