Here is some Food for Thought

I have been watching various U-tube Videos on the HH2o Subject.
There are a lot of Ideas floating around, some of them I had contemplated of trying myself but never got around to it.
For those reasons alone I am grateful to all of you for sharing your knowledge
and experimentation with us while stopping me and others from pursuing a dead end idea.
    Call it process of elimination.

It is a known fact that AC Voltage will not induce electrolysis.
The use of one Aluminium Plate and one steel Plate however allows the current to flow into one direction,as it forms a Half wave Rectifier. Two Aluminium Plates will after a while stop the Current from flowing in either Direction like a back to back Rectifier.
To do that, conditioning of the Plates is required
When I was 12 Years of age I needed a Rectifier to charge a Battery and I could not afford a Selenium Rectifier(yes I am that old ) so I build one using Baking soda Steel and Alu. Plate, lots of ripple but it charged the Battery and thats all I cared about.
Long forgotten I saw someone doing just that same experiment on U-Tube so the Credit really goes to him.
Suppose we use that Principle and do away with the High Voltage Rectifier by pulsing the plate or tube directly,no need to worry about back emf right? the back EMF and or spikes can not travel backwards and therefore must remain in the cell besides its a cheap rectifier with with a high current and voltage rating ,or am I wrong?
Has Stan Maier perhaps used an Alu. Pipe inside a Stainless? Could it be the Reason why the inner tube had to be Negative?
Quote: In a recharging battery, or an electrolytic cell, the anode is the positive terminal, which receives current from an external generator. The electric current flow through a recharging battery is opposite to the direction of current during discharge; In other words, the electrode which was the cathode during battery discharge becomes the anode while the battery is recharging.
I have no engineering Background,I was a Radio TV-Communication Technician repairing the equipment that was poorly designed by Engineers and our feedback in many cases helped to correct the design problems.
It seems that Magnetic forces will induce the splitting of H2o at least so I hear.
I will get some neodymium Magnets soon and only then will I know conclusively.
RF will produce HHO (Kanzius) (it appears though only when modulated)
Ultrasound: Water and or the gases resonance should be explored further.
Analog Audio frequencies have been tried but I have not heard of any positive results
High Voltages from Neon Transformers to Tesla coils appear to produce no
HHO or any other visible gases as being demonstrated in two or more
U tube Video's Here are their Links: YouTube - Tesla Coil Arc into Pure Water #3 ©
YouTube - Tesla Coil Primary Plasma HHO Attempt. ©
Take two electrodes (Carbon or graphite) however and arc them underwater using DC very much HHo is produced.
So it appears that pure or pulsed DC and resonance are the way to go.
Someone commented on the high ohms Resistance of the Bifilar Coils that Stan Maier uses.
I seem to recall that in one of his Patents he mentions the Coils to be made of Steel wire versus copper which would shorten the length of the wire by quite a bit of the otherwise calculated length for copper wire that everyone is taking about.
A Capacitor on either end of a Coil forms a matching Pi Network ask any radio amateur, but what is it that we are trying to match?
Is it the resonant frequency of the Water itself?
I do not believe that we are trying to match the Water Capacitor (Cell), as there are so many varieties of cells in size and shape and therefore Capacitance would vary tremendously not to mention the different chemical Solutions It would be a nightmare to design the proper inductance for the Coils,as each one would have to differ greatly from the other.
Yet there are some that are using coils of Stans Design and applying them to their own Cell Design.
However if we are looking to match DC Pulses to the resonance frequency of Water would it not matter whose cell design you use with the exception of considering the extra capacitance of a 8 cell versus a 3 cell which would change the inductance of the coil as we are trying to achieve a match ? Wouldn't it be nice if we could tune the Coil or the Capacitors on either end of the coil until the current drops due to a match?
That is exactly what you do with an antenna. The length of the Antenna does not matter too much as far as matching is concerned, efficiency is another subject.
A good antenna Tuner will match a Coathanger so they say.
Another thought had crossed my mind and that is that the Cell may need to be biased "on" like the Base of a Transistor before you modulate it with pulses, frequencies or whatever.
I also noticed that my SS Cell which consists of 36 x 1/8 inch SS rods spaced 3/8" from each other and using KOH after running for several hours turns into a Battery with the highest reading of 1.75 Volts. This however maybe due to the fact that I have used Silversolder to solder the rods to the SS Sink strainers rather than to migweld them.
I hope some of you may find some of this Information useful but that is the best I can Offer at this Time.
I am a Believer in this Technology and I am Disapointed to find so many Hecklers on Yahoo particular.
    Thanks for Reading

Are we not trying to match the Xl to the "RC" which in this case is specifically the "Xc" of the "capacitor" comprised of the electrodes and the water between it ? For impedance matching of the whole output side from the secondary of the transformer to the tubes (with the choke coils, resistance, and diodes); matched to the impedance of the "input" pulse signal coming from the primary of the transformer.

... Which varies with water type, distance between the tubes, electrode conditioning, water temp, and the phase of the moon

I've seen some great work of people trying to create a circuit that will self-resonate as Meyer claimed his did. So far, from what i have been able to figure out in this is: It is going to be ridiculously simple (and we will be gnashing our teeth at how we all could have missed it), or darn hard to do with a very busy microprocessor-controlled comparator, and all the associated headaches that creates (unless some of you like writing code hehehe).

      Maybe maybe not....

Well if we knew exactly what we are trying to match ,life would be a lot simpler.
Your guess is good but not conclusive.
In an RF circuit you match the Antenna cap coil cap antenna.
The Antenna is the known factor . If matched it will consequently reduce the power Supply Current. If you introduce an rectifier into the Circuit I don't think that works. To match the power supply? I don't think so it's DC and DC even if it is pulsed it needs no matching. Frequencies though do if you can prove to me that you can match ripple free DC, I stand corrected.
In my Experiments (Brute force Method) I find no significant difference between pulsing or straight DC,the same amount of Hydroxy is being produced.
I however agree with you 100% that things might be so ridiculous Simple by simply making the circuit Oscillate by itself . Zero Fossil Fuel stated this on his Website Zero Fossil Fuel alternate energy web site and I think he is on the right track.
The Question is whether the tubes, if multiples are used ,should be in series thus reducing the overall Capacitance or in parallel.
I intend to introduce a coil or probe (Neutral Plate?) into the fluid and try to feed the Signal back to the Base of a Transistor or go with the Colpitts Osc.
