  • should i try this cell design?

after showing my cell design to a few people i know i was put in touch with a guy who has had a lot of experience with alternative energy systems. he hasnt worked with a hho cell before but has worked on hydrogen to electricity units proton exchange membrane i believe he called them. he recommended to get my cell producing more gas in the smallest size possible to reduce the size of my tubes to around 3mm id with an inside size 2-2.5mm od my case should hold around 200 of these micro tubes would definitely get the reactive surface area right up. i have priced it all up and there is around 1000$ worth of tube and rod in it. its a bit expensive but i'm still very interested. hard to argue with someone that studied for 8 years to learn this information and worked for the government developing biofuels.

    mini tubes

    Greetings HHO.....
Here is an ebay link to some micro tubing.... price is right, he has lots of stock so even if this auction expires you should be able to contact direct to get some.
Stainless steel tiny tubing--hypodermic size- .032 inch - eBay (item 250278738466 end time Aug-11-08 08:29:30 PDT)

However, I have some concern over the practical mechanics of the design.
I'm not exactly sure what you have in mind... but if it's a tube within a tube concept (Meyers)... then I would think the gas bubbles themselves would diminish the liquid/solid surface contact.... and also the produced gas would also have difficulty "escaping" from the inside of the tubes.

You never know until you find out.... but you should be able to "test" things before spending $1,000 !!!
    Keep us posted.
